It was finally morning and Mikasa was in bed, curled up in a ball, drooling on her pillow. She woke up by the sound of her alarm clock. "Ugh, it's morning already? She said as she got up and went to the bathroom to get ready for school.
~Erens P.O.V~
I was awake in my bed staring at my ceiling, thinking about Mikasa, which made me blush. "Why do I keep thinking about her? He thought to himself. "Do I like her? Nah! Don't think like that Eren! He said to himself as he started to get ready for his first day of school.
Mikasa would always get up early to go for a morning jog, she would put on sweatpants and a plain white training bra. She would have her uniform in her backpack so when she gets to school she can change. She hurried out and started walking at first.
Eren saw someone from the corner of his eyes and went to take a look. He was surprised to see that it was Mikasa. He quickly went to go put on his green hoodie and see where she was going. He made sure to stay a few feet from her, so she doesn't notice someone is following her.
~Minutes Later~
Mikasa started to get a feeling that someone was following her, she decided to turn around slightly, she couldn't really tell who it was. So she quickly turned around and grabbed Eren by his wrists and pinned him against an ally way wall.
"Who are you!?" She said getting closer to his face.
"It's me Eren! Calm down!
"Why the hell were you following me!? She said angrily
Eren was still pinned against the wall staring at Mikasa's six pack. Mikasa noticed and started to blush.
"H-Hey my eyes are up here! She said
"Sorry..I...just didn't know you had abs...
"SURPRISE! Mikasa said sarcastically.
"Uh, can you let me go now?...Heh..
"S...sorry. mikasa said as her face started turning red. "Why were you following me? Mikasa said annoyed
"I just wanted to see what you were up too, he said with a smile.
"Uh, okay I guess....mikasa said as she started walking off.
"Hey where you going!!? Eren yelled
"Home" she answered without looking at Eren. Mikasa walked off.
Mikasa wasn't really trying to socialize or get to know any guys, only because she had a really bad breakup with Jean. It broke her heart, so she promised herself that she wouldn't date or fall in love with anyone.
~ Later~
Everyone was finally in school. At there lockers about to go to there first period. Eren walked up to Mikasa. "Hey Mika! Do you know where Mrs.Ral's class is?" He asked confused. Mikasa just pointed to where the room was without even looking at him.
Erens P.O.V
Why isn't she looking at me? I said to myself. You okay Mika? I asked her.
"Don't call me that"....she said to me. "Why not? I think it's a c-! She cut me off. It seemed like she was starting to get angry.
She started to remember when Jean used to call her Mika (her nickname)
~Flashback~ " I love you Mika! Jean said with a big smile on his face. "I love you more!" They looked so happy together.
~End of flashback~
Tears started falling down Mikasa's face. She put her hands in a fist, and stared into Erens emerald green eyes.
"Stop Fucking calling me that!! Mikasa said as she pushed Eren out the way and ran off. Everyone stared at Eren in silence. Some kids were mumbling 'Isn't he the new kid? And 'What the hell did he do to her.
Historia walks up to him. "Eren what happened!?" She said worried. "I walked up to Mikasa and asked her where Mrs.Ral's class was...she got mad when I called her Mika.
Historia looked down sadly. "Eren....she hates that nickname....she said. "Why? He said worried. Historia was about to tell him why but the bell rung. "Oh, gotta go Eren!
~Hours later~ Eren was luckily in all of Mikasa's classes. Everytime he looked at her, Mikasa would quickly look away. Eren only had 2 classes with Armin.
~~lunch time~~ When the bell rung everyone started leaving, mikasa left super quick.
It was lunchtime, and you have a choice to eat outside or inside. Mikasa decided to eat outside all alone. While Mikasa was in line getting lunch Jean walked up to her, "Mikasa what's wrong? Jean said worried
"Nothing...I'm fine Jean, can you please leave me alone? Mikasa said as she walked out, tears in her eyes.
The whole lunch room was staring at her. Eren was sitting at at the lunch table with (Sasha, Connie, Historia, Ymir,and Armin.)
"What's wrong Eren you look worried "Armin said. "I am worried...it's about Mikasa..Eren said. "He called her Mika, "Historia said. Everyone stared at Eren. "Yikes bro "Connie said as he took a bite of his cheeseburger.
"I know, I just need to talk to her. Eren said getting up.
Eren...I don't think that's a good idea...Armin said. "I don't care, I need to know what's wrong with her. He said as he walked off.
Mikasa was outside in the rain, she didn't even eat her lunch. Eren finally made it outside and walked towards her. Mikasa saw him and quickly got up and was about to leave until Eren grabbed her arm.
"Mikasa....talk to me...please..He said. Mikasa let out a loud sigh, as she sat down next to Eren.
"Why'd you get so mad when I called you Mika?
"Because...that's what my ex-boyfriend used to call me...Mikasa said looking down. Tears started to form in her eyes, Eren felt bad to see Mikasa upset like this. "We did EVERYTHING together...we loved eachother...he meant Alot to me...a-and...he cheated on me...but since I loved him so much I gave him another chance! And he cheated on me AGAIN!
Eren didn't know what to say.
"HE LIED TO ME! SAID HE LOVED ME WHEN HE ACTUALLY DIDN'T!! I was hurt...and I still am...so I promised myself that I wouldn't date or fall in love with anyone!! Mikasa started crying.
"Oh Mikasa I'm so sorry...Eren said as he hugged Mikasa tight. Mikasa's body felt so warm and relaxed when she was around Eren. Mikasa hugged Eren back and said " I just don't want to get hurt again..." "You won't...I won't let that happen.
"I....I love you Mikasa...Eren said while blushing...
Mikasa was hesitant to say I love you back.
"I love you too...Mikasa said while smiling. "Do you want me to keep holding you like this? Eren asked
"Yes...p-please...
