Nerium Quinn and Nightshade

Nerium Quinn is the twin sister of the notorious Harley Quinn her self. They were close at one point until they slowly separated after Harley went to live with joker. They still keep in touch but Nerium doesn't visit much. Nerium is great at messing with ppls mind. She is amazing at breaking people down without harming there body. When she isn't being a villain she works and acts like a normal human. Going by the name of janelle she works at an auto shop outside of Gotham. Her and her best friend who so happens to be the hero known as nightshade hang out after work. Nightshade is dating a guy by the name of Phoenix who is a hero with the powers of fire manipulation. Nightshade on the other hand has the power of foreseeing the future, feeling the emotions of others and her main power of controlling water and ice. She developed her powers through a stone she found as a child. Outside of there hero lives Nightshade goes by Shay Haul and Phoenix goes by Denzel Moss. The three of them hang out constantly. After work or when Janelle is off. Nightshade is the only one though who knows of Janelle's villainous ways. Nightshade keeps it a secret due to she doesn't want them to be associated together. Nerium has the power of manipulation and the power to control electricity
Only her best friend Nightshade knows of her powers Outside of her villain life not even Janelle sister knows. Janelle keeps a low profile when she's not a villain. Other than her friend nobody knows much about Janelle.
