Episode 5: Live Stream Concert

Getting ready for the show; my hair, my makeup, and my outfit is already put together. When the time comes for the girls and I to head out on stage, I will quickly change and be ready. The rest of the girls were talking to their plus ones. Marco and Francesca, Maxi and Nati, and Cami trying to avoid Broadway.

In the sight of my mirror a familiar face appears. Behind me stands Leon.

"Hey." [Leon]

"Do you need something?" [Me]

"I need to talk to you. It's about Ludmilla." [Leon]

"What about her?" [Me]

"She is planning something behind your back. She wants you out of the studio and I just want to advise you to be careful. Especially with the people you are hanging around with." [Leon]

"Leon if you are going to start bad-mouthing Diego, you will be wasting you time. I won't listen to anything you have to say about him." [Me]

"Come on, how can you stand here saying that you actually trust the guy. Because when we broke up he was the guy to lend you a shoulder to cry on." [Leon]

"No Leon. Diego is a person I trust because he never once lied to me." [Me]

"Are you sure?" [Leon]

"What makes you think he has?" [Me]

"The other day. I witnessed him talking to..." [Leon]

"Hello gorgeous.. Sorry, did I interrupt something." [Diego]

"No, we were just ending this conversation." [Me]

"The stage manager said that we are on in five minutes." [Diego]

"I'll let the rest of the band know." [Leon]

I watch Leon exiting the room. He looked as if he wanted to punch a wall, or punch Diego. I just don't get what is his problem with Diego. With whomever I am with he never wants me to be happy. The Leon I once knew would have wanted nothing more than for me to happy, but that Leon is gone.

I couldn't help but to look at Leon through their entire performance. I know that we are over, but it almost felt like Leon was singing to me. The message of the song is to differ between the person you are in love with and the person you love and care about. In my mind, I nearly pictured the two of us singing together. I can nearly ask him the same. His he with Lara because he doesn't want to hurt her or hurt himself. Or is he with her because seeing me with Diego would be too painfully when he is riding solo.

The song ended and seeing Diego nearly depressed from witnessing Leon and I sharing a rather intimate moment just breaks my heart. I can't even look at him, he will look into my eyes and see the truth. The truth is, I am still in love with Leon. Even if I don't want to be.
