Fire 'N Gold

🎶Like an astronaut afraid of heights, with a heart that's beating at the speed of Light🎶

You removed the sewer lid, climbing up onto the street, you looked around seeing no one. You gently set the cover back into its place, you quietly climbed the fire escape to the building on your right. You were looking for Raphael.  He and Leo had another fight, only this time you thought Raph would leave forever.  Leo had said some awful things about and to Raph, it broke your heart to see the two brothers try to harm eachother with words.

🎶And you've been waiting for this feeling all your life, so sometimes its just hard to realize🎶

You had finally reached the top of the building, you shivered as you walked around the roof,  pulling your black coat closer to your body. You decided to try the your right side of the city, so you took off. Your wings (Yeah i gave you wings, cause why not?) flapping with all of your might , faster and faster till you stopped midair. For you had finally spotted him, he was sitting on the edge of the buliding, his back faced to you, as he stared up at the full moon. You slowly flew over and landed beside him. You both sat there for what felt like a moment that would never end.

🎶When your stuck in a moment, and your spark has been stolen this our time to own, so own it🎶

 "Raph?"  You asked. He didn't answer. "Raphael?" You tried again, he only look at you, you saw his eyes gleam in the moonlight, you could read hurt and sadness in them. "You don't have to speak," You started. "I was just wondering are..." You looked at him, making sure to make eye contact, letting him know what you were about to say was serious to you. "Are you going to leave us?"

🎶This is our time to own it, so own it🎶

He looked away from you, you wouldn't look away from him. You wanted-No you needed the answer, and you believed you wouldn't get it, unless he actually left. You turned away and looked at the city lights. "Y/N?" Your head snap back to him. "Yes?"  "Do you think i'm like fire?" Your eyes grew wide, for  you had never expected this type of question from him. "What do you mean by that?" You asked, you were very confused. "What i mean is , was Leo right? Do i really destory everything i touch?" "What! no you don't. You've helped us get through so many missions, and sometimes your fire like attitude is the reason we get out of things alive." You explained. "When i look into your eyes. I can see a fire burning in them, the kind of fire that will burn through anything to save the ones he loves. I always admired that about you." You said looking away, you were pretty sure your face was the color of fire right now. "Gold."

"Huh? gold?" You looked at him wondering why alll of a sudden he said that word. "I see gold in your eyes. Strong, beautiful, free spirited. All the things you are." He told you. Now you were sure beyond a doubt that your face was the color of fire. "Thank you." You squeaked. This made him look at you and started laughing. "H-Hey! it's not funny!" You cried punching his arm. "Yeah, it is you should see your face!" He said between his laughter. "I hate you." You pouted. "Aw come on beautiful, I was just teaseing." He said grabbing your hand and squeezing it lightly, you giggled. "Your and idiot." You said as you leaned your head on his shoulder.

🎶Got lighting in a bottle, hands on the throttle , even in the dust we shine, with fire 'n gold in our eyes🎶

"Yeah but your crazy." He told you. "Oh really, at least i don't have salald tongs for weapons." You started laughing at him. "I hate you." He grumbled, resting his chin on your head. "We love you, you know." You asked, he sighed. "I know it's just hard being around everyone twenty-four-seven." He explained. "I understand having slibings is hard and stressful." You said to him. "Yeah, but theres something that makes it all worth wild." He started. "And what's that?" You asked. "You."
