Imagine this scenario between a popular girl, who is looking for someone who shares her same interests, and a person who likes her. She doesn't want to tell people her interests otherwise they might learn everything about that subject so she would like them. Improvise the first bit... it's going to be awkward. Like always.

Boy *proclaims love*

Boy *has no clue that she knows Hamilton but makes a reference* I'm not a shiny piece of coal, I'm a diamond shining in the rough. I'll survive.
Girl *shocked but tries making a very small reference* W-well your not very eye-catching, I wouldn't see you if I was at a revel with some rebels on a hot night
Boy *shook* I may have no polish but I bet you can feel something between us now. And the plan is to fan that spark into a flame.
