POKE.
SLAP.
POKE.
"Ugh, what the h-"
I open my eyes to see the annoying little kid giving me the evil eye while smirking a smirk that could've been mistaken for satan himself.
"I swear you better stop that or I'm g-" the little devil cut me off.
"You're gonna what? Tell your mommy?" He fake whines as he continues poking my face.
I have been sitting on this plane for the last hour trying to tolerate this little son of a banana.
There's gonna be that one point where I'm just gonna snap and slap the gloop loop out of this kid with a frying pan.
Just breathe Alena. Breathe.
This plane is on it's way to Miami and I'm actually pretty excited. My parents thought it would be a great idea for me to spend my senior year at my hometown. I haven't been back there since I was 11, so I was sugar high on skittles ready to come back.
The only down part about all this is this flump-de-lump, the little fudger.
I sucked up a breathe and turned to him smiling sickeningly sweet. Then I proceeded to poke the blueberries out of him.
He started trying to scoot away from me, looking at me like I was some teddy bear molester.
That's right kid, be scared.
I just smirked as the kid backed off and sat there with his eyes wide open. Serves him right. I don't even feel remorse.
I rolled my eyes and put the my headphones in and pressed the shuffle button.
The thing is the headphones weren't actually plugged into my phone.
The song "Talk Dirty to Me" started playing and woke up the old couple in front me.
The woman looked at me like I was off my toots. I shrank back as I smiled warily at her shrugging my shoulders.
Well karma's a female dog.
...-...
I arrived at my aunts house and hopped out of the taxi.
"Thanks Bobby, I hope your dog gets better! And tell your wife I said hi!" I blabbered gleefully as I payed the taxi driver.
Turns out he's a pretty cool guy to talk to.
"Hey no problem kid, stay out of trouble squirt. And I will." he said as he waved at me and drove away.
I sighed as I walked up the steps to my aunts house. It was a nice two story house. She lived their alone because she never bothered marrying. She's my only aunt from my mother's side and I love her. She's more a best friend than an aunt quite honestly.
I rang the doorbell and stood there with my bags to the side. I waited for about 5 seconds before the door burst open.
"Alena!" My aunt cried out as she tackled me into a tight hug.
"Can't......breathe..." I tried wheezing out.
"Oops sorry, I've just missed you so much! Oh look at you now Al, you've matured so much, your a beautiful young lady." she giggles as she takes my bags inside.
"Aw aunt Belle your making me blush." I snickered.
"Welp, follow me young duckling, to your room we go." she said as she bounced up the stairs still holding my bags. She's always been pretty strong. I mean she did snap a boy's wrist in her days...
"Coming!" I yelled out as I ran up after her.
"Well Al, everything's already there for you and if you're missing anything, feel free to tell me and I'll get it for you. And your parents have sent your car over so don't worry." she chattered on as she placed my bags next to my bed.
"Thanks aunt Belle." I said as I hugged her. "Oh silly call me Belle, you act like I'm a 79 year old cranky cat lady obsessed with naked boys or something." my aunt always had a crazy imagination.
She chuckled as she walked out of my room, "Oh and before I forget, you have school tomorrow. First day of school sweetheart. Make sure you tell me about all the cute guys you meet!"
I groaned as I fell onto my mattress. Gah I hate the gates of hell so much.
...-...
