'Now I'm about to give you my heart, but remember this one thing.... I've never been in love before, so you gotta go easy on me...'

"Come on Lance... You can do it" Lance spoke to himself, silently.
"Lance? You don't have to talk if you don't want to." Melissa whispered, loud enough that Lance could hear her.
"Oh, Um, I will." Lance replied, "My name is Lance. I am, ugh, what's next?"
"Age and why your here" Melissa replied in a soothing voice. She could hear a couple of others snigger in the corner.

"Okay, well, I am 17,and I'm here because... Well, Um, it's kinda hard to talk about."
"It's okay, take all the time you need."
*okay Lance, just focus on the girl in the corner. Focus on her smile. Her eyes. Her bright blue, ocean eyes.*
"Well, my friend died. He was a close one. A, very, very close one. His name was Gordon, but me and my friends used to call him Hunk. He was only 17. He shouldn't have died. It was all my fault. He was like a brother to me... Even more than that... I can't describe how much he meant to me," Lance could feel a tear trickle down his pale face, while he heard a cracking in his voice when he was about to cry.
"Don't say that," The girl in the corner said. She was the one who had the beautiful eyes, and the gleaming smile that could light up his world in an instant. She smiled at him,"

A few moments later, a woman walked in and spoke.
"Time for the refreshments. Anybody want snacks or beverages?" she asked, politely. Only a few people raised they're hands, slowly, yet surly. Lance decided not to raise his hand, bit that didn't mean that he wasn't thirsty. He had lost his appetite since... Well, you get the idea. The girl from the corner of the room got up, and wandered outside towards the sunset.

"It's beautiful, isn't it?" Lance spoke to the girl, staring at the setting sun. Her hair was waving slightly in the invisible wind.
"Yes, incredibly," she replied slowly, "Lance right?" She asked again.
"Ugh, yeah. What's your name?" Lance replied.
"I'm Kaiser. Yeah I know, not your average name, but I like it." she answered.
"So do I. It's... It's a beautiful name." He blushed. As she turned to him, he faced towards the orange sun.

From the corner of his eye, he could see her shiver.
"You cold?" he asked, shivering.
"A little, why?" she replied, her arms wrapped around her skinny, yet fit body. Lance proceeded to removed his coat, even though he was cold. He wrapped it around her cold body, and smiled at her. She looked at him, and smiled again, pressing her head against his shoulder. He looked up at the setting sun, once again, and smiled.
"Your gonna be fine" he assured her.
