Everyone is acting weird

I really don't know like my crush and I talk I guess?...
So like its normal but you know he does stuff like i don't know he wants to know/ tell something to me.
And like today Kelsey (my bestfriend) and him were talking about secrets about each other (I don't fucking know why) and well after that we went to dinner all three of us and when he was saying bye he hugged me (lightly. THAT NEVER HAPPENS).
And I was freaking out and so was Kelsey.
And then I asked Kels what they were talking about and then all she said that I should give up on him (and she said that she can't tell the secret)

I'm eating Ben and Jerry's right now I don't know what's happening in crying.

Please help me I'm so confused.
