Chapter 1

Kaylas POV

"Erica! Turn that music down right now it is 5:30 in the morning!" I screaming with a pillow over my face trying to block the music.

"NO! I LOVE THIS SONG! BABY YOU LIGHT UP  MY WORLD LIKE NOBODY ELSE THE WAY THAT YOU FLIP YOUR HAIR GETS ME OVER WHELMED!" Erica screamed at the top of her lungs.

"Erica you better turn it off now or else you will never see your One Direction cd ever again!" I screamed at her.

"OK, OK i'll turn it down just don't touch my cd" Erica growled at me. I was probably the only girl in the neighborhood who wasn't drooling over the new boy band One Direction. Their music is ok, it's just now my style i am more of a country-pop person.

"Erica?! Why did you turn down the music." yelled Genna and Sarah. See Genna, Sarah, Erica, and I all live together. We are seniors in high school and live in a pretty big apartment. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room, and a guest bedroom.

"Get up Kayla, we're going to be late" Sarah said in her soft voice. Me and Sarah are the only normal people that live in this house. Sarah is very quiet but is very sweet and caring. She can be loud at times and she knows how to make you laugh.

"GUYS I CAN'T BELIEVE IT, ONLY 4 WEEKS TILL PROM!!" screamed Genna. Genna was the loudest one. She never stops talking but she is so nice. I know he the most me and she know me the most. Even though she can get me mad at times i have no idea what i would do without her.

"Well at least you and Sarah have dates" Erica said in her fake sad voice. Me and Erica are the only single ones in the house. Sarah has her boyfriend Jacob who is so kind and sweet and will do anything for anyone. Then Daniel, Gennas boyfriend who is so abnoxouis it is not even funny. He is rude and I can't stand him but i put up with him any way because Genna really loves him. They talk non stop and when they don't see each other Genna will talk to us about him. It is kinda annoying but i just ignore it.

When we get to school we go straight to the chorus room because today we are going on a field trip to an amusement park. We get to go and sing for like 45 mins then go hangout at the park for the rest of the day. When we get to the park we sang for 1 hour.

Right after that Genna, Erica, Sarah, our friend Tori and Me went straight for the rollarcoasters. Maybe today i will have a good and forget about what happen at this time last year.
