In Fairy Tail, there is the Miss Fairy Tail contest. The head could do that.
Mission Book? Basically, there are missions to do. For example, there could be a riddle and the answer is in a book. Could be the head's book, could be in one of mine (good luck finding it) or a friend's book. You have to go find the answer in the book.
That's all I can come up with! I'm sure the heads can come up with others!
