Location: starwalt pack

The whole pack house was not in a position to digest the announcement given by their line just now. No one thought that they will witness this moment but now they are not in a mood to digest their new news.  Till now no one knew that their alpha is alive but now she spoke the words which were giving them shocks.

"My son is alive these many years and he will come back in some minutes here along with his mate.. so be ready to welcome your future alpha" these were the words spoken by the Luna, nyonika Malhotra just some seconds when she addressed the pack meeting. No one knew about this secret in the pack because she knew that her own pack contains enemies who are ready to destroy the pack.

"But how can we accept him all of a sudden" one of the member of the pack spoke on insistence of one person beside him who is none other than mayank singhania... He is son of late alpha sister. No one knew the exact reason of the death of alpha except nyonika and that's the reason she want all of this to be secret.

"I am not saying you all to accept him all of a sudden.. tell me did I tell anytime that my son is dead and there is no future alpha for our pack" she spoke and and her words were cent percent correct because she never told anyone about this but all thought that along with his father even manik is dead and now no one is the future of the pack. Taking this a cue mayank came into action and he settled himself near nyonika faking his love so that he can get the throne after her. He knew his own pack will be led by his brother so he decided to undertake starwalt pack.

"But how can we take this because he never talked with anyone of us and he neither knew the rules nor the procedure for the matting process" one of them spoke again which angered the Luna very much. She shouted on top of her voice.

"Coming to the matting process he completed everything and this includes wolf matting at our matting spot... You all didn't come to know about this because it happened yesterday only and then you asked did he knew you are not so let me tell he is the one who spent 13 years among your love and just he spent 8 years away from you then you started to hate him and let me tell you that no matter what he will be your alpha and if you want to test his power then go ahead and keep a competition among my son and any other person from this pack and if manik lost then I will give the throne to some other person whom you want" she spoke and her last three line made a huge smirk appear on mayank face. He thought that this is the best opportunity for him to take the throne. He just wanted to kill manik in this competition so that he can never have this trouble again. So he planned this competition will be a good chance to kill him and to get the throne.

"Nandu calm down" manik spoke to her while holding her hand. They were about to enter the border to the starwalt pack. even though he is more nervous than her, but he is trying to comfort her but shut his mouth when she gave him a sharp glare.

"Just shut up manik, here you are more nervous and then you are saying me to calm down then let me tell I am not at all nervous because I know you are with me but let me tell you that you need not get nervous because there is your mother waiting for you.. so you should be happy and not nervous" her words actually worked and manik smiled at her. He kissed her palm indicating his love for her again. They reached the main door of the pack where they were stopped by the security. Manik rolled down the car window so that he can talk with the men.

"I am manik... And ask mom and your luna she will tell you" he spoke and rolled his windows up again, not because he want to be arrogant but because he don't want to become a target for anyone soon. He knew entering this border is same as entering a place which is filled with wicked fox. Even a fox is better than some people in this pack.

He waited in the car while nandini asked the question which is most bugging one for her now.

"Manik, what is the reason for you to come out of the pack and don't say that I want to meet my mate and all because I knew it's not the matter there is something else" she spoke making him look at her intensely. He then cupped her face kissing her forehead making her close her eyes.

"I won't say it's not the reason but it's one of the reason but the main motto is another one and I promise nandini I will say all the things soon may be today night only but first I need to scan this place for sometime" he spoke and he understood that there is something going on in his mind so she tried to mind link but he blocked her. She knew when he ask her time, she will definitely give it and he will tell her entire thing when it's right time. She trusts him more than her life. So she smiled at him, kissed his cheeks before saying a simple ok which made him smile to his heart full.

Soon their gated opened and they both moved inside the pack

The thoughts of mayank were disturbed when he heard nyonika voice which held excitement. He looked at her to see that she is talking with someone in her mind link. She completed her talking and she turned towards all again.

"My son is here he crossed the border now" she spoke making mayank shock but he knew he have to keep this at stalk but he can't do anything now. so he sat their silent and decided to win the competition by head or by crook..

Soon manik parked his vehicle in the valley of his house, although he didn't stay in the house for the last 8 years he remembers each and everything about the pack. He even knew the people name whom he say when he is here. All the pack house were very eager to see manik because they want to see the son of their late alpha while mayank wants to see him because he is his competitor.

Manik came out from the car and moved towards nandini side. He gave her his hand and she came out. They both made their entry in the pack house and as soon as nyonika saw rushed towards him and hugged him tight.

No matter how much she may be strong but she is a mother and due to her duty she missed some important moments of her son life.. but she is more than happy that at least now she will spend some time with her son.

Manik felt immense happiness to feel her mother warmth after 8 years, although they talk daily but this warmth is so special for them. He hugged her more tightly. Soon they broke the hug and nyonika moved towards nandini.

"Thank you nandini for accepting this idiot" she spoke while manik made a cute pout at her while they both giggled. She hugged nandini.

The trio turned towards the entire package who were waiting for them. She took manik to them while all were looking at him curious eyes but one were looking at him with shock eyes and that is none other than mayank.

Manik came near mayank and saw his shocked face. He halted in his position and then turned to nyonika.

"Manik, this is your cousin son of your aunt mayank singhania and mayank this is manik Malhotra" nyonika introduced both of them to each other. Manik as a good boy moved to hug him. Manik wrapped his hands around him very tight with a sarcastic smile on his face.

"Come out of your hallucinations now" he spoke and backed out from the hug.
