In front of a gate that leads to a school with a logo of a lightning bolt stood a girl with brown hair tied into twin tails with black ribbons, green eyes, and an attire which consists of a peplum dress that is white with red vertical stripes on the top half and main skirt layer and the first overlay having decorations of black, red, and gold dots, white no-show socks, red slip-on Converse shoes, lightning bolt-shaped earrings, and a necklace with a pink star and lavender ribbons intertwining half of the necklace from the star.
"Well, this is it," the girl said to herself as she went through the school entrance.

Hey, everybody. Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Takaki Sayuri, a 12-year-old girl. I'm a Japanese-Filipino because my dad is Japanese born in the Philippines while my mom is a pure Filipino. As you know, I've lived in Japan with my parents and my older sister for almost 6 years and then we moved to the Philippines where my brother Anthony was born a month after. Today, I headed back to Japan to spend my vacation there. Wanna know why? It happened several days ago.

In the bustling metropolis of Cebu City, there is a school called Mabuhay Private School, a prestigious place of learning located in the uptown area of the city. Its main building and senior high building are painted white with blue and yellow accents. It even has a multipurpose gym, Olympic-sized swimming pool, a playground for the kiddies, and a soccer field.
Somewhere in this school is a 12-year-old girl named Takaki Sayuri. She is a soon-to-be-outgoing 6th grader who is good in academics and sports (more specifically, gymnastics, volleyball, and soccer). Pretty much everyone in the school knows that since she is the daughter of star soccer player Kaito Takaki and former school genius Maria Takaki (neé Gutierrez).
Right now, she and her four best friends are at the lobby in the school's main building, talking about what they are going to do during summer vacation since it will start in a few days.
"So, what are you guys gonna do once vacation starts?" Sayuri asked her friends.
"Good question. I want to visit my relatives in Manila. I just wonder what they're up to right now," Mateo was the first to answer.
"For me, I wanted to stay at the Quest Hotel. My father checked us in yesterday," Lucille answered next.
"Diego and I signed up for a 2 week-long summer camp. I'm sure the two of us will have a great time there," Janice said.
"We will, alright," Diego agreed with Janice.
"How about you, Sayuri? Do you have any plans for the summer?" Mateo asked.
"Well, I've been planning to spend my vacation in Inazuma Town. I saved enough money to get there. And I also wanted to bring my dog there," Sayuri replied.
"Great idea, Sayuri. And remember to keep in touch with each other, guys," Mateo said.
"We will," Sayuri, Diego, Lucille, and Janice all replied.

A few days later...
After the completion ceremony has finally ended, the following day has finally arrived. It's time for the annual farewell parties in each class of Mabuhay Private School. Students are wearing civilian clothes and every classroom is filled with music and laughter. There were also games and class awards (like 'Best In *insert subject here*' and 'Most *insert positive quality here*). Once the parties have ended, all of the students happily rush out of their classrooms and gathered at the multipurpose gym to do a dance for the coming of summer vacation.
