Later that evening, Sayuri and her relatives are having dinner together, which consists of Japanese food, such as ramen, sushi, tempura, and onigiri. These dishes are no stranger to Sayuri since she already tried them when she was young. She then later headed to her bedroom to change into her sleepwear and sat on her bed. Sayuri then reached for her journal and pen in her blue shoulder bag and placed them on her nightstand near the calendar and alarm clock before she tucked herself in bed and turned off the lights.
--------
The next day...
Sayuri woke up not just by the alarm clock but also by the sunlight on her face and hearing the birds singing from a nearby tree. She then sat on her bed rubbing her eyes and yawning.
Sayuri got up before she took a quick shower, brushed her teeth, combed her long brown hair and tied it into two long twin tails with black ribbons, and finally put on her clothes. She looked at herself in the mirror grinning then brushing some dust from her dress.
"Perfect," she said.
Sayuri climbed downstairs to see Miyako cooking eggs and bacon while Chiaki is reading the newspaper while Keita is setting the table.
"Good morning."
"Good morning Sayuri," exclaimed Keita.
"Slept well?" asked Chiaki.
"Yeah."
"Hungry?" asked Miyako.
"Starving."
"Have a seat, hon. Your food is ready."
Sayuri sat on a chair while Miyako put a plate in front of her.
"So, are you planning to visit Raimon Junior High?" Keita asked.
"Yeah. But how'd you know that?" Sayuri asked before she ate her food.
"Dad told me and Mom that you were curious about that school," Keita smiled.
After eating, Sayuri headed upstairs to get her journal and went back downstairs.
"Well, I need to go outisde now. See you guys, later," Sayuri said grabbing heading out the door.
"Bye!" exclaimed Miyako, Chiaki, and Keita, all three of them knowing where she will be heading
As Sayuri went outside, she then turned to her Siberian husky, who is eating dog food for breakfast.
"I'll see you after school, Tundra," Sayuri said as she continued her way.
She walked in the neighborhood, remembering every single detail about it.
'Wow! I still can't believe that it's been nearly 6 years already since I left Japan," Sayuri thought.
--------
Sayuri reached the designated school, which is the one she saw yesterday.
"Wow! So this must be Raimon Junior High," she said in awe.
Sayuri admired how big the campus is, and it was early that she didn't see a single student so she decided to take a walk around the school.
"Well, this is it," she muttered.
As she explored the school grounds, she stopped at an old building.
"What's this?" Sayuri asked herself.
Sayuri walked closer to that old building that has a sign that read 'Soccer Club'.
'I guess this building must be really old,' Sayuri thought.
