Chapter Two
I LEFT THE kayaker a little dazed.
I went onto land and started walking through town to the one house I knew. My grandparents hopefully they'd still be there. I don't even know if its the right time of years. Half the year they spent in England, half in America. Oh, I hope they didn't already move to England for the other half of the year.
I walked for seven miles to their house. Not stopping once. The sun beat down on my clothes and warmed me up quite fast.
I got to the house, and saw my grandfathers car and my moms- minivan?! Did it really last another six years?! Wow.
I walked up to the door and knocked. Opening the dire was Jessi my little sister. I stared at her smiling. If it had been six years.... And I was now... Eighteen- wow eighteen- and so she was... Sixteen. I gaped. She looked good. She was even prettier now. She was dazzling when I left and now.... she was breathtaking. I smiled happy for her.
"Hi." I whispered.
"E-Erica?" She asked. I nodded. She engulfed me into a silent hug. I noticed, when another set of arms joined us that Sara had joined the hug too.
She was my second youngest little sister. Minus Aria. I pulled back and looked at them.
Sara was now fourteen and beautiful! Her golden locks were now waist length and framed her face perfectly. Her thick rimmed glasses accent her beautiful blue eyes too.
Wow. It was amazing to see them after so long.
"Can I come in?" I asked, still quiet.
The nodded, dazed too.
And I followed them in.
