This pound was really disgusting they gave us scraps to eat so now I have come up with a plan to escape. I started digging and I dug to the other dogs cages, and now we all were escaping as I dug our way out. When the people walked in and saw the other dogs were gone they were amazed, but soon they all saw the holes in the cages... Then they yelled over their loudspeaker Code DOG!!!!! The dogs have escaped!!!!! We ran and ran until we made it to the street then some of the people came into view. Now we all ran as fast as we could but they had dart guns and they shot some of us. In my head I said Man Down Man Down!!! As if this was a war. I knew it wasn't but I still kept on saying that so I ran faster... Soon we escaped them. My tongue was hanging out like I ran a marathon as a dog which it felt like...
