As im laying peacefully in my bed while my music plays, i feel my dog at the foot of my bed squirming in discomfort.

I pick her up and place her closer to me as we try to continue or nap.

And of course, thats impossible living in a house with 4 other kids and 1 more on the way.

Including my parents its a full house at all times.

I have 3 brothers and 2 sisters. My dad works alot and my mom does too, then after she has the baby she'll be sitting on her butt all day.

I check my phone to see if i got any messages from my loving boyfriend Malachi.

Malachi has always been a great guy and he's sometimes really sweet when he's not mad.

He goes through alot at home, for one, not having his dad around. His mom is always on his back about little things.

So i feel like its my job to treat my man how a man is supposed to be treated.

Even if were not on good terms.

As i search through my messages i see nothing from Malachi .

My hopes gave up and i layed back down.

"He's probably just busy, right Camron?"

"RUFF RUFF!"

"I dont speak dog i dont know why i asked" i said feeling weird that im talking to a dog.

"Leslie go to the store and get some milk and garbage bags. "

My mom came in my room and threw cash at me.

"All this for milk and garbage bags?"

"Do you not want your allowance money?"

"Im asking cuhs i get paid on .... ITS FRIDAY???" i slowly realize.

"Imma get you a therapist you be on another planet sometimes." my Mom said walking out my room with her stomach hanging out her shirt.

I laugh as i slide into my nike flipflops and grab my car keys and head out to the corner store.

When i arrive at the corner store i go straight to the refrigerators and grab the milk.

I quickly go down the next 3 aisles  and grab the garbage bags.

I carry my items to the cashier while she rang them up.

I then take out my money and realize, it wasn't a separate amount for the items.... She's making me pay for it.

I roll my eyes as if my mom was in front of me.

I pay the cashier and head to my car.

I walk pass the automatic slide doors and bump into a huge figure.

"Shit, sorry. Im so sorry" i quickly apologize.

"No need to apologize Ma" he said with a smile as we both bent down to pick up what we dropped.

He was darkskin and had a great smile. Dark eyes and big juicy lips.

He was no joke.

I smile at his words, then get caught in a trans as i look in his eyes.

Another lady walks past us and break our concentration.

Bitch.

"I guess ill see you around then" he said smoothly.

"Maybe so" i smiled once again and walked to my car.

I immediately drive home, give my dad the items i bought and run to my room.

I hop on my bed and think about how this summer is going to turn out.

A week out of highschool and im already getting in-between some mess.

I check my phone and instant disappointment..... No calls from Malachi.
