Chapter 17 : The End?

"Happy Friday!" shrieks Mia as she joins our group walking down the hall.

"Yay!" shrieks Katherine before going back to holding Luke's hand.

"Did you know today is my first day of photography class!?" I ask my friends.

"Of course we did! How could we forget!?" says Marco who's walking right beside me , with his arm around me.

"You never stop talking about it" says Sara shyly to my right.

"Did you know that they promised to get better acting teachers at our school and maybe even a special Advanced Drama class!" Alice says excitedly.

"That's great!" says Pedro while holding her hand.

He is truly excited. He's felt a little guilty ever since Alice transferred just for him. I feel sorry for Melanie and for leaving Jake mad at me.

I told Carlos I was leaving but he just hugged me and said good bye. I could tell he was holding back tears. We actually ended up hanging out a lot for some reason even though I was only there for a little more than a week. But then again he was in my drama , music and math classes. So whenever they asked us to partner with someone else in math I would go with him. He's actually unexpectedly really good at math. Luckily he was never like Jake , always crushing on me. He told me he liked someone else. He never told me who but I have a feeling it's Mia. Because whenever me and my friends hang out with him and Melanie he always flirts with Mia. But then again he always seemed like one of those guys who kind of flirts with everyone. So maybe he just doesn't flirt with people who have boyfriends but that wouldn't explain why he didn't flirt with Melanie.

Ugh I'm tired of trying to figure people out.
