What are you doing here?

You pull the mirror down and begin to touch up your makeup, when out of the corner of your eye you see someone. Your eyes shoot to the figure and you see it's Pete.

You smile as he opens the door and grabs your hand. The dress was tighter than what you were used to. "Hello beautiful. I'm assuming you're here for a wonderful dinner with Mr. Urie and others?"

You giggle at him as you straighten your dress out. "Why yes sir, I am." You say as you fake a very bad English accent. He laughs, "such a funny girl." He says as he wraps you in a brotherly hug.

"Long time no see Pete." You say pulling away from the hug. He raises a brow, "I'm sorry doll. I wish I could come by and see you guys more often but you know how it is."

"Ready to head in?" He says as he holds his hand out. You look at him and place your hand in his. "Such a gentlemen. What's up with all the fancy treatment today?"

He smiles and looks down at you, "today is a special day and we want to make it extra special for a beautiful girl who made it that way." You smile at him and continue walking up to the front of the restaurant.

You were a little curious as to why everyone seemed so... What was the right word for this? Proper? Polite? Whatever, it was off and you weren't so sure about it. Bren said he wasn't going to propose but, what if he did that to throw everybody off?
