Flippy x Splendid: Deadly Romance [Happy Tree Friends] [Human AU]

Part One

A.N. : I'm sorry people! I couldn't think of a name! But if you have any recommendations, you can put them in the comment section.  I'll choose my favorite one yet all suggestions will be featured in the next chapter along with the users who suggested them.

Flippy has been best friends with Splendid for almost a year now, but he was starting to act weird around his precious "Blueberry". Yes. Flippy's nickname for Splendid was Blueberry. He had just recently came up with the nickname a couple of days ago, but it was a secret.

Flippy was in his thoughts before he was startled by the door bell, not really knowing who it was.

He quickly walked to the door and opened it, only to come face to face with the bluenette.

A soft smile appeared on Splendid's face as he waved at Flippy before speaking.

"Hey."

Flippy looked at Splendid straight in the eye before returning the same smile.

"Um, hey Splendid. Come on in."

Flippy moved out of the way to let Splendid in. As Splendid walked in he looked around. Then he spoke, "Did you rearrange some things?" The greenette looked around, wondering what Splendid was talking about. Then he remembered that he had rearranged the front/living room.

"Oh, yeah! I did!"

Splendid walked in the front/living room as Flippy closed the door behind him.

"You did great, Flip."

Flippy's face heated up a tiny bit, and he could feel it, but he didn't know why it was happening. He was hoping Splendid didn't notice, and luckily, he didn't.

"T-Thanks, Splendid."

Splendid plopped himself down on the sofa and grabbed the remote to turn the t.v. on.

Flippy decided to sit next to Splendid.

Once the t.v. was on and they had found something to watch, about half way through, neither of them realized it, but they had both started snuggling.

Once it was over, Flippy had fallen asleep while snuggled up to Splendid.

Splendid blushed intensely once he realized it.

Accepting the fact that Flippy had fallen asleep on him, Splendid closed his eyes and drifted off to sleep himself.
