In the game FNAF Sister Location, you don't see Circus Baby until night five, but she seems to be missing various parts including some of her endoskeleton. A baby was probably already gone, having been taken or becoming Ennard before or during the first night. Even with a broken stage light, you should still have been able to see her, so I believe she was already gone and that Ennard was trying to get you to the scooping room since night one, having thought of a very detailed and well thought out plan.
