Had Me At The Start

So This Is High School

( Kelsies pov ) > I watched as my mom drove away
and I turned back around to face the school ..
"It's bigger than I last remembered!" I thought to myself while walking towards the building . I knew everyone was staring at me and I had no care in world . I was rather much confident in myself and I walked through those front doors like a badass.
I was instructed to wait in the main office for my schedule. I had already toured the school a while back so I kinda had an idea of the place and where everything slightly was .
*first period bell rings and everyone comes bursting into the school*
I was just patiently sitting down on my phone waiting for my schedule when this really cute boy walks in ..

Boy: "Hey ! I was wondering if you guys had any sign up papers for the new program the principal said we're having ?"
And at that very moment he looked over to
me and smiles politely , me the rude obnoxious
person that I am gave him an "umm okay?" look and rolled my eyes .
As he was signing up and ready to leave to class he then winked at me and said .. "See ya around cutie!"
Did he just freaking call me that ?
Not that I care but like c'mon !

After a couple minutes I was then given my schedule and excused for being late with a pass . I looked for the first period class room number , "304 pre ap science" which was upstairs as I remember in the sophomore hall .
As I walked in while everyone was reading a textbook , I noticed the same boy that had just called me a "cutie" and he kept looking and smiling at me .. "Ugh ! Can this get any worse?" I thought to myself as the teacher politely greeted me and signaled me to seat next to a boy named "Blake" who raised his hand as I looked around the room and proceeded his way . I took my seat next to him and he quickly gave me a warm welcoming , "Hey ! I'm Blake , and you are?" , "I'm Kelsie , nice to meet you ." We both then smiled at each other and for the rest of the period payed close attention to the notes we had to take .
*skips to lunch time*

So I've sadly noticed that I have multiple classes with the same boy that called me a cutie . He's tried talking to me but I'm playing hard to get (;
I've thankfully made 3 new friends including Blake . I really had no idea where to sit after when I got called to my attention by Blake , "Hey Kelsie ! Come sit with us !" As I making my way over when I noticed my two other friends Chloe , and Loren were sitting down with him "Hey guys " I said politely as I took my seat next to Chloe . We then started talking and they asked me "So how's Buckner High treating you ?" , "Great actually ! Despite the fact that I keep getting checked out by guys but it's fine lol" when then all started laughing and Loren then said "I mean you have cake in front and behind , what's not to look at ?" I couldn't help but laugh .
A few moments later Blake then called out to someone ..
"Hey Hunter ! Come meet Kelsie !" Right then and there I realized that was the boy I had met in the office ...
