NADICA

I was getting ready to go out there, usually I'll be nervous but I wanted this to get over with so I can go home and see my lil angel.

"Girl we got big bills in the house tonight." My homegirl Toya yelled while fanning herself.

I giggled at her dramatic ass "Finally, it's been a while"

"Ya'll ready to really make it rain? Cash, come out here girl." The speaker called out for me.

"Good luck boo" Toya yelled while I slowly struted the stage as the music played.

I twerked while doing a hand stand, hit the splits, and worked that pole like my life depended on it.

Because it did.

But I couldn't help but notice somebody burning a hole in my face, when it shoulda been my ass. I didn't pay no attention to it though, I collected my money off the floor while shaking my ass.

Some, what looked like a security guard came up and gave me a stack of money while I was getting done. I looked at him crazy and tried to give it back but he turned away and pointed to a man sitting in the v.i.p section, and walked away. The hell? I sexy walked of the stage while getting a loud appaulse and whistles.

"Yas bitch you did that!" Toya said. We high-fived eachother and laughed.

We sat down while counting our cash we had left over to ourself. I was almost done when toya said "When am I gonna see my baby? I am the godmother."

"When she stops being bad" I replied. I have a 5 year old daughter and Lord she got her momma mouth.

"Don't talk about my baby she's an angel!" Toya said while hitting my arm. I laughed.

"An angel? Yeah right she's only 5 with a attitude."

"Wonder where she gets it from, $5,436" She said looking around trying not to laugh.

"Ha ha funny, $8,823" I smiled.

I changed into black sweats, gamma 11's and a blue tanktop with a boy london beanie on. We got up and said our goodbyes. I called my daughter while I was making my way out the dressing room.

She answered her grandmothers phone.

"Hello" She said into the speaker with an attitude, like she wanted to know who was calling her granny this late.

I shook my head "Hey baby wyd?" I asked.

"Mommy, I miss you" she said.

"I miss you too baby girl, I'm coming to pick you up in a few minutes. Okay?" I reassured her.

"K" She answered. "Put granny on the phone" I said. I heard her footsteps and rambling. Finally I heard my mom's voice.

"Hey cabeza grande" I whined at her calling me that.

"Mom my heads not that big."

"Sure it's not el bebe'" she said.

I huffed "I'll be there to pick the real big head up in a minute"

"OK" And with that she hung up, rude ass.

I was now walking to my car when I bumped into a wall .. of muscles. I was about 5 inches from hitting the cold parking-lot concrete when I was caught by strong but lanky arms. Shit! I mumbled under my breath.

"My bad ma, I ain't mean to cause ya' no harm" I heard in a thick lousiana accent.

I looked up at a carmel skin figure standing at bout' 6'3 with beautiful ass tattoos covered neck down. Short maple brown curls, with gorgeous eyes.

He smiled.

Bitch I almost passed out in the strip club parking lot. My breathing got harder, and I just stood there staring at this fine piece of man.

Lord please forgive me, for I have sinned -- well not yet.

"You okay baby girl'?" He asked concerned.

"Yeah um sorry about bumping into you, thanks" I said while flashing that million dollar smile of mine. I started to walk to my range rover.

Damn I stared to hard he probably think I'm weird, I mentally slapped myself. I was at the door of my car when he stopped me.

"Baby girl, I never got ya name"

"Nadica" I replied.

"So when I'm gone see you again?" He asked in a deep southern voice, almost making my knees go weak.

It took me a while to answer him back. I didn't know him at all. Also I didn't want to seem thirsty because honestly I'm not.

"If it's fate, I'll see you soon" And with that I hopped in my range and pulled off to go get my daughter.

Then it came to me, he's the guy the security guard looking man, pointed to. Is he the dude that gave me that stack of money? He just basically played all my bills for this month.

"He's definitely getting that money back." I mumbled to myself.
