The New Kid

A few weeks after Jude and Connor started hanging out their home room teacher told them that they'd be getting a new student named Noah Evans. Jude thought of this as an opportunity to make a new friend, but Connor thought of this as competition. The next day a boy walked into Jude and Connor's home room, they didn't recognize him so they thought this was the new kid. The teacher introduced him and then told him to take a seat. He sat next to Jude who sat next to Connor. After class Jude went up to Noah and introduced himself. "Hi. I'm Jude and I just wanted to welcome you to Anchor Beach." "Hi. Thank you for the warm welcome. I was homeschooled before this so I don't really know what to do or where to go." "May I see your schedule." "Okay." "We have all the same classes. I can walk you." "Okay." The two boys walked to every class together. Connor went with, but wasn't to happy that he had to share Jude with this new kid. After school Jude invited Noah over to play some video games. Noah tagged along with Jude and Lena while the others got a ride with Brandon. Once they got home Jude and Noah went upstairs to do homework real fast so that they could play video games. Jude looked up from his work and gazed at the boy in front of him. Jude thought Noah was really cute. He had dark brown hair, chocolate brown eyes, and was slightly tan with cute little freckles. Noah looked up and caught Jude staring at him. He moved closer to Jude and Jude watched as Noah set his book down and came closer to him. Noah got closer to where they were nearly touching noses, then it happened..... they kissed! At first it took Jude by surprise, but then he joined in the kiss. Noah pulled away first gazing into Jude's beautiful brown eyes. They snapped out of their gaze when they heard a knock at the door. Jesus came in to grab his text book. After that happened they got back to work. Once they finished Noah checked the time on his phone. "I should really get going, it's starting to get late." "Okay. Well umm I had a good time." "Me too." "Bye." Jude said as Noah walked out the front door Jude closed it and quickly ran up to his room to think about what had just happened. As he was thinking he fell asleep.
