Jai: Where are you , we have to talk.

I could hear my heart pounding. what if he finds out that I'm with Luke.

Luke stopped the car. this whole time, I was on my phone, not replying Jai just reading. "you sure you'll be alright?" Luke asked. "Yea thanks." I patted his back and left the car , running to my house.

I saw Jai sitting in front of the back gate. I took a deep breath and called Jai. "JAI!" I forced a smile. He looked up emotionless.

"you said we needed to talk?" I bit my lip as I sat beside him. "Maybe its not meant to be." he muttered. "What's not." I looked up not wanting to create eye contact.

"this isn't right.....maybe we shouldn't be together. we won't last long. " he sigh. "somethings not right. it doesn't feel right when you force someone that you love. not ever one is going to love you back. Haylen. I think we should call it off." he continued.

"Call off what?" I admit I love Jai but then this Luke thing is driving me crazy. "I know you and Luke are hanging out so you guys would probably hook up and so I think we shouldnt date anymore because it kinda hurts" he stood up.

my heart sank a billion miles down.I looked down and wiped my tear. "I'm sorry Jai." I buried my  face into my knees. He hugged me. "But I'll always be here for you because no matter what, I'll still love you even if you don't love me back." he whispered.

"Jai, you don't understand, Luke is just a friend. jai I swear." he let go. "yea I understand,  5 months with you and I think I understand. " Jai smiled and walked home.

I stayed in the same position and cried. I heard footsteps and I looked up to find Jai, "Our Last Kiss." he sat down and leaned closer. our lips connected. I pulled his face closer and lightly tugging his soft hair. he pulled back.

"I love you." I mumbled but when I looked up,  Jai had Ran away. I texted him.

Haylen : Jai , you're okay? thank you.

I wasn't even okay. no this is not the fault in our stars theres no okay here because I'm not even alright. I'm far for it. I lost my everything. I was secretly falling for Jai bit I guess now it means nothing because I'm just a mess.

Jai's Pov

when I was kissing Haylen, I knew this was the last kiss we'll ever share. I felt tears at the edge of my eye and I didn't want Haylen to see me cry.

I seriously wish I could have a longer kiss with her, she's just perfect. I called Ronnie to buy volka because I plan to just drink my feelings.

I wiped my tears with my selves and opened the door.

I came home to find Luke on the couch playing Fifa. "She's all yours. " I told him, there was this piercing pain in my heart.

"Jai, the volka?" Ronnie called me from the kitchen. "Thanks mate." I grab three bottles and ran up stairs. I immediately locked the door.

I opened one bottle and started chugging.
