Jake opened the front door and saw us with our arms around each other, he ruined the moment, I didn't know whether I was happy or sad that jake ruined it. After all, I've only known him for a day.

Jake~ wth is going on here?!

Tessa & Chance~ Nothing..

Jake~ Mmhmm.. now move out of the way, postmates is here

Delivery Guy~ You jake?

Jake~ Yup
Grabs the bag and walks towards the door

Jake~ Oh, btw where were you guys?

Chance~ We went to get smoothies

Jake~ Well, you guys have been out for hours it's 7:00! We've been looking for you guys everywhere! Now get inside, I don't want the fans to see us.
We all walk inside

I walk towards my room to get out of my outfit and into a more comfortable one, as I walk back out i see Anthony.

Tessa~ Hey Anthony!

Anthony~ Hey Tessa! Oh btw what's up with you and Chance? Are you guys like a thing now?

Tessa~ Oh no, we're just friends

Anthony POV
I really like Tessa, like a lot, but Chance just told me that he really likes her too. If Chance wants to win over Tessa, he's going to have to go through me first, and I'm not giving up that easy. I'll have to make up some stuff about him, maybe to to the point where she won't want to be around him and she'll want to be around me more. Tessa just told me that they're just friends, but I know my boy just took her on a date.

Anthony~ Chance told me earlier that you guys were a thing tho, did it not work out?

This was gonna work out perfectly, she's going to hate him after all of the stuff I tell her

Tessa~ No Anthony, we were never a thing. He just took me to get a Smoothie, that's all. Whatever Chance said was a lie.

Anthony~ He seems pretty desperate if you ask me

Tessa~ Wait.. does he like me?

Anthony~ By the way he talks about you, I'm almost positive. He's obsessed with you, you're the only thing he talks about and it's really annoying

Tessa~ I just wanna be friends with him that's all, I'm not ready for a relationship

Anthony~ I feel you

Tessa~ Thanks for understanding

I felt chills all throughout my body, all I felt was happiness. I knew one thing for sure, I was in love with Tessa Brooks.

Tessa~ btw, thanks for the info, i'm gonna tell Chance how I really feel about him.
Tessa walks downstairs to find Chance talking to Ivan in the kitchen

Tessa~ What's up Chance?

Chance~ Hey Tessa

Tessa~ Can I talk to you in private for a sec?

Tessa~ is it true that you're obsessed with me?

Chance~ obsessed with you?

Tessa~ Yeah, I was just talking to Anthony, and he said that your crazy obsessed with me and the only thing you talk about is me

Chance POV
What did Anthony just say about me?
That's not even true, why would he do that to me? He didn't know I liked her until earlier today, if anyone's obsessed it's him.

Chance~ That's not true at all, why would I be obsessed with you if I just met you today?

Tessa~ i don't know, Anthony told me. It makes sense why you took me on that date

Chance~ I did that because I wanted to get to know you better, don't just assume things Tessa!

Tessa~ I'm sorry!

Chance~ Don't just take Anthony's side like that! You knew i just wanted to be friends with you, but now it seems like you just want to make things worse by believing all these lies about me!

Tessa~ I'm so glad Jake interrupted our moment, because I would never want to kiss, or even date a jerk like you!!

Tessa POV
OMG! I can't believe I just said that! I feel like the jerk for saying that! I wanna take it back, every word.

Chance~ You're right Tessa I am a jerk, a jerk who took time out of my day, instead of spending time with my best friend I haven't seen since highschool or Anthony, I decided to spend time with you because I wanted to get to know you better as a person. You think about that Tessa, who's acting like the real jerk here?

Tears started running down my face. He really did care about me. I ran and jumped into his arms and gave him a great, big hug.

Chance~ i'm sorry about what I said

Tessa~ I'm sorry too, I feel horrible. I didn't mean what i said

I felt something in that moment, It wasn't just happiness, it was love, I'm in love with Chance Sutton!

Chance POV
I still can't believe tony lied about me, he's supposed to be my best friend, not my enemy, we're in this together. But if you wanna play dirty Anthony, let's play dirty. I'm coming for you Anthony!
