Paul's P.O.V
9am *alarm goes off*
I jump out of bed like the nerd I am always so excited for the first day of school, but this isn't just any year.. ITS FINALLY SENIOR YEAR.
I get in the shower to clean my rusty, dusty messy black hair because since summer break started all I've been doing is.. working and I didn't have time to have relaxing long showers. The reason why I've been working all summer is because I didn't want to keep living on my dads money. I wanted to help him getting money instead.
"Good Morning champ." My dad says while making pancakes for the both us. "Ayye daddio! The pancakes smell so good!"
My dad, James Jogia lived as a single man for about four years now after my mom passed away. She suffered from lung cancer for two years but both my parents hid this from me and I didn't know she suffered from it until she passed away. He loved her.. a lot. He was so hurt but still acted like nothing has happened and everything's fine. Tough guy he is.
I sit down and start eating my pancakes with honey and raspberries on top. Staring at my dad while he was reading the newspaper and drinking is bitter dark coffee. "You should really use your charming green eyes on attracting a beautiful young lady not me." He said raising his eyebrows at me and taking a sip for his coffee. "besides, don't you have a school to attend to? It's already 9:30am" "huh- yea uh.. SHOOT 9:30!!!" I ran out the door as fast as I can not wanting to be late on my first day of senior year.
I reached school at nine forty five and luckily class starts at ten. After fifteen minutes of running I tried to breathe but then..
"If this isn't the nerdy P!" She said throwing back her blonde hair and smiling with her white pearl teeth. I very much disliked her.
"Haha... Chloè..." I say rubbing my head and giving her the most awkward smile there is.
"I thought you wouldn't come back after what happened to you last year." She said trying to act all sweet and nice but she- she is the most devilish person I have ever met. she had to bring it up.. what happened last year..
I looked at her not knowing what to say or reply. Heat and anger started taking over my body wanting to smack her beautiful fair skin so badly.
"Oh my gosh P! I'm so sorry babe I completely forgot that you hated it when people mentioned that! Won't happen again. Promise!" She said knowing how angry she made me feel. Before I even said anything she kissed me on the cheek and walked away.
Me still standing in my place in confusion and anger trying to understand how the hell could she act like this when my life turned into a disaster because of her! The first girl I have ever loved..
