Emily was sat under an old Oak tree. Sun beaming down, softly embracing her skin. "How did I get here? I'm sure I was in my room." Emily looked around and discovered she was on top the hill that sat next to the library. Beside her lay the book, and most peculiarly a boy. Emily knew everyone from the village and has never laid eyes upon him. The boy was sleeping holding onto the book. Emily brushed his hand away from the book gently as not to disturb. She did not succeed as the boy shot up in the air like his trousers had caught fire."Hello" Emily had coo'd towards the strange boy. "G'day lass" said the boy with a coy grin on his face. "How fair ye" he said before standing up and brushing himself down. "Names Tom" he said now standing with the evening sun behind him creating an aura of brilliance. "I..I..I'm Emily" she replied looking in suprise and aw at this strange boy called Tom. "Who are you Tom and how did we get here?" Questioned Emily and she too stood up to brush herself off. Tom grinned a feindish smile. He extended his hand to his side and lowered his head as he brought his other hand to his chest. "I am your friend" replied Tom as he raised his head. "I'm here to take you to some place magica. Some place wonderful and free of such trivial things". Emily now confused stood straight and firm before, hands on hips "how can I trust you, we've only just met" Emily embellished holding a stern frame to the boy. Emily looked him over waiting for an answer. Tom was a funny looking boy. His face was slender and mild to the eye. With big gazing blue eyes. FreckLed dotted his face like a puzzle book, and his hair red and frizzled all over the place. Emily knew this boy was unkept and messy. "Are you not Lady Emily? The one who will free the dragon and rescue the prince?" Said Tom as he leaned his tiny shoulder against the large Oak tree. Emily chuckled and replied, "I am Emily, but no princess or dragon slayer". Tom was puzzled "What about the the great Emilini. The magician who could control any Dragon just with the click of her tongue." Emily once again chuckled and asked Tom "as wonderful as a story as that could be, I'm afraid I'm just plain Emily." Tom scratched his head and itched his chin as he started pacing to and from. "No kid is plain" claimed tomorrow and he walked around the back of the big oak tree. Emily followed as Tom did not re-emerge. As Emily rushed to the other side she froze. In front of her very eyes was a wonder most dazzling.
