Itachi

It is Monday morning.

Yuki had stayed up all night reading a book she had borrowed from the library about weapons.

Yes, she knows it's a bit early but it's best to start practicing now so when she is older she doesn't weigh every one down so much.

She has decided on the bow as a side weapon but was having trouble deciding on her main weapon. She'll just ask for Sasukes opinion.

Taking the book with her and another about archery she called for Plagg and the two absent mindedly walked to school.

Upon arrival the two walked to their seat, of course they just had to bump into someone.

"Oh, it's you. What are you doing here again? Oh your reading about weapons? Why? Your gonna be worthless either way." Sakura rudely stated before sneering at her uncaring expression and taking her book.

"Archery? Why, so you can hide while pretending to fight? Haha! Why do you even bother?" Sakura held the book over her head and because she was much taller, Yuki had to jump to try and reach; much to Sakuras amusement.

"That's enough. Yuki-chan, where were you on Monday? I was worried." Sasuke stepped up, easily taking the book from Sakura before focusing all his attention on his friend.

Sakura stared in shock before huffing and glaring at Yuki for stealing her 'precious Sasuke' attention. Yuki laughed sheepishly while rubbing the back of her head.

"Sorry... I wasn't feeling too great so I stayed home. I didn't mean to worry you..." Yuki looked to the side ashamed of herself.

'How could I do that? He was worried and I was gone wallowing in self pity. How pathetic of me. I had no right to do that to him.' Yuki thought with sadness.

Sasuke stared before smiling. "That's alright. To make up for it you can come over for dinner." Yuki looked at him in shock before smiling and nodding.

"Yea!" Sasuke smirked.

"What's this? You aren't trying to run anymore? Why? Did you get attached?" Yuki turned a deep scarlet before walking past him and to her seat, pretending to have not heard him.

Sasuke laughed before following. "You need to show me where you live sometime. That way next time you get sick I can come play doctor." Sasuke seemed pretty proud of himself.

Yuki giggled at him. "Alright. You can come over tomorrow probably. I... need to clean a bit first." Sasuke began cheering before becoming quiet when Iruka entered the room.

"Hi miss Uchiha." Yuki waved at Sasukes mom before racing to catch up with the said boy. "So what are we gonna do today?" She asked excitedly.

"My older brother is free today so I'm gonna introduce you and train!" Sasuke began shoving things in a bag he pulled from under his bed. Yuki smiled and nodded; ignoring the pain in her heart.

"Sasuke! You ready yet?" A voice called out to him.

"Just a second!" Sasuke finished shoving some more random stuff in his bag before grabbing Yukis hand and running down the stairs.

Yuki was shocked at the gesture before smiling softly and holding his hand tightly. When they got to the bottom Yukis eyes widened when she saw no other than Itachi.

Itachi was just as surprised. He hadn't sensed an extra person in the house at all. He was even more shocked to know it was Yuki.

"Itachi! This is Yuki-chan! Yuki-chan this is my older brother Itachi!" Sasuke let go of Yukis hand and shoved her closed to him, causing her to trip and fall.
