N/A Point Of View
David and Liza talked and laughed while driving back to Liza's house. Once they get there, they walk inside and snuggle on the couch. David wraps his hand around Liza's small waist. Liza reaches up and rests her hand on the back of his head, pulling his face toward her's, placing a kiss on his lips. Pulling away, Liza walked to the kitchen to get some water.
"Do you want any water?" She asked.
David, declining the offer, went back to watching TV. David looked like he was keeping something inside him. Liza noticed and asked him about it.
//David's POV//
I can't tell her. I can't. I don't even know if it's true, but it scares me. It terrifies me. I have to tell her. No. How? How do I tell her something like this? Im going back to Slovakia. I don't want to, no, but I'm not legal. But I'm not even 100% sure I'm going back. If they lose the case... I go back. I feel a tear roll down my cheek. Oh no.
N/A POV
Liza notices the tear running down David's cheek, followed by another, and another. Dropping the water bottle, she runs over to David. David bursts out crying, but the crying turns to sobbing. David tells her while crying. He tells her everything. Liza tries to reassure David that everything is okay and they will win the case. They both fall asleep on the couch.
They both wake up in the morning to the sound of David's phone ringing. It's David's lawyer calling about the case. David picking up the phone, looks at Liza. The terror in his eyes felt like a punch in the gut to Liza. David answers it. Once off the phone, he tells Liza what his lawyer told him.
"The case has been postponed to today" David explained.
It is 11:00 in the morning. David wasn't sure how to feel about the case being postponed. He just wanted to hug Liza. David, walking over to Liza, his body towered over her. He grabbed her waist, pulling it closer to him, he didn't kiss her, he only hugged her.
//Liza's POV//
"David, please baby, don't worry about it. They are going to win the case." I say.
I watch as David walks to the kitchen and leans on the counter.
"But what if they don't?! I'll be gone, back to a foreign country, I'll have no one, no parents, no friends, no Liza." He said, tearing up again. Running over to David, I grabbed his face, I looked into his soft brown eyes. "David, it'll be okay." I say. "Let's go get something to eat." I say, trying to get his mind onto something else. Getting into David's Tesla, he drives to a salad place I've never heard of. We walk in, order, and sit down. I ordered a Caesars Salad, no cucumbers. David ordered a plain salad.

The two begin eating once their food arrives. They finish quickly and stand up.Driving home, it was silent. "You better not be thinking about it!" Liza teases. "Thinking about what?" David teases back. "You know, it." She says. "I don't know it, who is she?" David says laughing. They both laugh and joke the rest of the car ride. Once arriving back at Liza's house, they walk in and go to the bedroom. David plops his tall body on Liza's bed followed by Liza, plopping her small body next to David's. She turns to face David and he smiles. David scooting closer to Liza, places a kiss on her lips. Their lips move rapidly, David's hand slides up and down Liza's body, stopping at her head. They pull away, looking into each other's eyes. "I love you" says David. "I love you too, David." Liza says back. Glancing at the time, David realizes he has to get home. Getting up from the bed he tells Liza. They walk downstairs together. Once at the door, they exchanged one last kiss goodbye.
One last kiss.
