Chapter Ten

Y/n's POV

I can't believe Travis and Katelyn are here! They saw us, they came over to us.

"What the... what's going on? Why is Aaron's family wearing werewolf stuff?" Katelyn asks, confused.

"This is weird..." Travis says, his voice becoming a octave higher.

"Aphmau... seriously. W-What is going on? This is seriously creeping me out..." Katelyn spoke softly.

"No joke, I have seen a lot of weird things... but this is by far the weirdest." Travis says, crossing his arms.

Aaron and I let out a small groan, as Aphmau sighed.

"I suppose we were going to have to tell them someday..." Aphmau muttered, looking at Aaron, then me.

"Aph..." Aaron says softly. Aphmau gives him a small smile.

"Guys it's okay..." Aphmau says, letting out another sigh as she turned to Katelyn.

"Katelyn... Travis... this is going to be a very difficult conversation to have with you guys, but you deserve to know.... Aaron and Y/n are werewolves." Aphmau spoke slowly before Katelyn and Travis burst out laughing.

"Ahah! Nice one you almost had me!" Travis spoke, laughing.

"That's hilarious!" Katelyn exclaimed, holding her stomach, laughing.

"Guys... please, I'd appreciate it if you didn't laugh." Aphmau says, her voice turning serious.

"Wait... I've never heard Aphmau this serious before..." Travis says softly.

"U-Unless it's.." Katelyn began as Aphmau interrupted.

"Aaron... and Y/n, are werewolves." Aphmau says, taking a step forward as my ears lowered.

"Y-Your joking... y-you have to be.." Katelyn says softly, her face turning to worry.

"I'm not... why do you think they were gone for a year? This is who they are, this has always been who they are." Aphmau asks them/tells them.

"T-They are werewolves? H-How?" Katelyn asks, her voice softening.

"We have hid our ears and tails our entire life... I mean... we have never had them.." Aaron says softly.

"W-Wait... so... what? Why would you guys do that?" Travis asks, I decided to speak up.

"It was our choice... over the past here, we have spent time with our family.." I didn't finish my sentence and looked down.

"This was a result of what happened at the lodge, a year ago.." Aphmau says softly as she gently took my hand in hers.

"Too be honest... I knew something was up when you said these two were going to be gone for a year. I guess it just, Katelyn and I weren't suspecting this.." Travis spoke up as Katelyn muttered something.

"We will drop the issue for now... it seems like this is a sensitive topic..." Travis says before Aphmau interrupted.

"It is a sensitive topic.."

"I honestly hoped we had this summer to figure out a way to approach everyone else about this..." Aaron spoke, his voice gentle.

"Yeah, Katelyn and I just need to process this. For now we will treat you two  like you guys are still you."

"B-But they are!" Aphmau protested, stepping forward.

"I-I know, but..."

"We are still shocked.." Katelyn says softly, finishing Travis's sentence. Travis nods.

"So! Anyways, it was nice seeing you guys!" Travis says, speaking rather loudly.

"Yeah... Yeah! It was nice seeing you guys again... here!" Katelyn says, perking up, her voice shaking slightly.

"Yeah! So what's this about you guys dating?" Aphmau and I ask, perking up as well. I realized Blaze hasn't said a word during this whole thing..

"I-Its not like we are official or anything!" Travis exclaims, blushing.

"It's a long story.... a-anyways, how about we take a break and take all of this in? Yeah? That way we can get our story in order to-" Katelyn rambles, smiling awkwardly.

"Sounds good!" Aphmau says, her voice breaking a bit.

"We will catch up with you guys later!"

"Yeah! We will come back later!" Travis exclaims, laughing awkwardly. Travis and Katelyn ran off.

Aaron and I looked at each other, we were both upset.

"They won't look at us again.. the same way they did before, will they?" We say in unison.

"Truth be told... probably not.." Aph says, her voice getting softer. I began whimpering, tears falling from my eyes.

"Katelyn will never see me as her little sister ever again..." I whimper as Aph looks at me, her eyes filling with sadness.

"Guys... I'm sorry it's just...for them, they have no idea what happened a year ago. So for them, this will be incredibly hard for them to take in.... especially since they don't know you two are..." Aphmau began before remembering Blaze is here, she clamped her mouth shut.

"You two are what?" Blaze asks, he turned me around to face him. He lifted my face up by lifting my chin.

"We are werewolves... duh." I tell him before he nods.

"Sounds about right!" Blaze exclaims, falling for what I said. I gently licked his cheek and smiled. Blaze face got very... very red. Aaron and Aphmau gasped.

"You okay Blaze?" I ask, tilting my head. 

"Y-You licked my cheek!" Blaze exclaimed, I tilt my head to the other side.

"No I didn't, I kissed you." I protested as Blaze shook his head.

"You licked him Y/n!" Aaron exclaimed, Aph didn't say anything.

"I-I did?!" I exclaim, my face turning red.

"Yeah! You sorta did!" Aphmau and Blaze shout. My face turned even redder. I ran off, whimpering. I can't believe I did that! Oh no no no no! Wait Blaze is a werewolf too... but it's still embarrassing! Gah! I then ran into Erick.

"Oh hey Erick!" I basically shout as I stood up.

"Bite me Y/n!" He shrieks at me, Blaze finally caught up to me, Aphmau and Aaron as well.

"W-What?" I ask, i raised my brows.

"Bite me!" He exclaimed, I glared at him.

"That's very rude! I didn't know you disliked me!" I grumbled as I walked off, upset.

What was his problem?
