She awoke to her mother banging at her door for her to wake up. She quickly got out of bed and started getting ready. She put on a white shirt with black leggings and black converse, then she put on her hoody with her phone and headphones in one of her pockets. She then went to her bathroom and finished up getting ready.

She walked out of the door with her backpack on one shoulder and her headphones on listening to her music, walking to school. It was a nice morning, perfect for her type of mindset, the sky was filled with grey clouds and the air smelled of rain. She walked alone to her school every morning, the way she walked never changed, even the car routines never changed. But today she saw a car she hadn't recognized, it was a small blue car. We must have new new neighbors. She thought. It was going in the same direction she was.

When she got to school she saw that same car pull up by the entrance, from the front seat a boy with black hair, a black hoodie, skinny jeans, and converse step out and talk to the driver.  She pulled over my hoodie and walked more. The boy glanced at her and went back to the driver.

As I walked to class I got pushed and shoved but managed to make it to home room. I sat down in my corner seat at by the window, where my assigned seat was. I sat down, put my backpack down and stared out the window. After a while of staring the teacher began to speak, "We have a new student in our home room, he moved here from Denver, his name is Max." Izabella looked over st the boy, it was the boy from that blue car. She told him to sit in the empty seat next to her. He sat down and put his backpack down and looked at her then back at the teacher. Then I went back to staring out the window.
