Back in Mumbai ::
Dev thought of all the possibilities where Eri would have disappeared....... He even met payal and asked her to give Erica's number...... But Nothing worked in his favour.......
Sitting at the corner of his bed absent mindedly.......; Dev was scrolling through the photos in his mobile gallery...... There were many photos of his family , crazy selfies , and mostly his Paintings.....
Dev stopped scrolling at a beautiful picture of night sky with stars...... That was the painting he has done a few months ago on the wall of his previous room...... For some unknown reasons........; That painting was very close to his heart..... He used to speak with that wall and painting at times.... Like a lost and wandering soul........ !!!!

As Eri opened the door of her room...... Her eyes widened seeing the state of the room in front of her......!!!
It was a Pure Disaster
The room was horribly disoriented and things were thrown in all the eight directions carelessly....... The switches , pipes , rooms doors were all partially broken and Eri furrowed her eyebrows in disgust......
She directly stepped down the stairs to confront John uncle about the state of the room.....
"Uncle....... How do you think I can stay here...... Nothing is right above there......!!" Erica got down complaining
"Its not my fault dear...... The guy who lived there has totally messed up the place.......!! " uncle jhin replied back coolly having fresh pieces of watermelon.
"Argh.......!!! Should I clean it by myself uncle......??" Eri asked with both of her hands on the either side of her waist.
"Yes dear........ Shall I help you.....??" Uncle John laughed at Eri's anger
"No..... I'll do it myself...... You enjoy your watermelons......!!" Eri huffed and started moving upstairs.
"Ha ha...... I'm sure you will love cleaning that room......!!!" Uncle nhon shouted shoving another piece of the fruit in his mouth.
Erica walked backed into her disastrous room and started kicking things on floor in anger.......!!! Suddenly a piece of paper flew from the wall and a beautiful painting of the bright sky with hundreds of white dots was revealed in front of Erica's eyes..... !!!! Her jaw dropped for a second and her mind took a minute to process what was happening in front of her......!!!!
She walked slowly towards the adjacent wall and tore the entire brown paper shabbily stocked on it to have a kook at the entire painting......!!! Erica's heart fluttered seeing at the beautiful imagination of the painter as she slowly placed her fingers on the wall.
There was still the smell of acrylic paints afresh on the wall and Eri smelled it filling her lungs with the smell of blue paint...... Her hands slowly travelled to the upper part of the wall where there a beautiful bright moon was painted......
Since from her childhood..... Eri admired falling to sleep looking at the moon........ It brought her a sort of peace anf silence to her chaotic brain......!!! Now..... She was unable to her eyes off this artificial moon in the painting........!!!!
It was afternoon and Eri's stomach made various noises alarming her to feed food to her tired body......!! She opened her back pack and took out a couple of maggi 🍝 packets and started searching for a fire source and vessel to cook it.....
That was when she realised.....; She has not even seen the entire room properly and if that room had a kitchen for heavens sake......!!!
She walked straight in the hall and took a left turn to the passage which led to a small kitchen...... And Guess what.....
The kitchen too was a Disaster........!!!!
The vessels were kept in a vague manner.... !! The cups , spoons and plates were all mixed and thrown in a bucket...... Eri somehow managed to pick up a vessel and spoon to prepare her Maggie......!!!
Having her hot noodles......; Eri took out her drawing sheet and colour pencils to draw something different....... As usual..... Like every other artist... ; she was confused what to draw today.......
Again her eyes fell on the painting on wall and Eri's eyes lit up with a spark.....!!!! She took out her pencil and started drawing the outline and then filled it with aqua blue mixed with white acrylic paint......
Eri was so lost in her painting world that...... She failed to notice the setting sun and raising moon......!!! When she kept her drawing board aside to let her painting dry......; The time was thirty minutes past 8 in the evening......!!!
She quickly changed her dress and went to the market to get some packed food for her........ Most of the shops in Missouri hill station were already closed and she came back to her room with a loaf of bread , milk and jam.....!!!
" Life is tough at times.......!!!! " Eri thought to herself before falling back to sleep. 😂
Since there was a long power cut in Missouri......; Eri managed her night with the light of candles...... As the night clouds covered the hills of Missouri.....; The temperature went on ceasing like a low pulse rate.......!!!
The chill wind entering from the broken window of the room was not allowing Eri to fall asleep...... She woke up and took the candle inner hand and again started wandering in the messy room......!!!
Suddenly a name "Shaheer " at the end of the painting caught her eyes.......!!!
Eri took the candle too near to the writing and scanned it once again...... It took only a seconds for Erica to register the name " Shaheer " In her brain forever.......
A number of questions travelled her small mind taking away all her sleep to La La Land.......
"So Shaheer is the name of the person who has drawn this painting......." Eri said to herself and started searching the house in the dim candle light to find more information about this person......!!!
