After much months of self preservation,controlling your inner self books,daily visits to the local library and my daily dose red wine.
I started to realize things that I wouldn't have realized before and this was only the beginning of my search for self-love.
Didn't some smart person say
We HAVE to love ourselves before we can Love anyone else.
