"Harry," I hear Sacho, my body turning. He steps in front of me and look at him, his eyes staring at me.

"When Arabella gets back from school, I need you to attend to her," he says, my hand fisting. I'm beyond pissed he has prevented me from seeing her. It's been almost two weeks since the accident and I haven't seen her since the night I kissed her forehead.

It was that night I realized she likes me. It wasn't that hard to figure out, considering she went out of her way to find me just to see me. That, and she was thinking about how I had kissed her forehead.

Now, I'm fighting my own emotions to figure out if what I feel for her is the same. And I'm leaning towards that it is. The fact that I'm even thinking that is extremely dangerous. I could get in so much shit just for my feelings.

"What for?" I ask, his jaw clenching.

"She's...let's just say...annoying the other guards. So you can have a go," he tells me, my eyebrows furrowing. "But if you fuck up, Styles, there will be consequences."

I just turn around, fed up with him at this point. All I do is go back to the gym and work out. Wyatt tries to talk to me but I have no interest. The only thing on my mind is how careful I have to be around Arabella.

Wyatt and I spend hours in the weight room, but it's all interrupted when the alarm goes off. The alarm has never went off because we've always been so careful.

The Bone Thrashers attacked.

We all run up and Sacho grabs me, his hands pushing me into his passenger's seat. He starts to drive and I turn to look at him.

He's got fear in his eyes. I've only seen it once and that was when Arabella and I were in the accident.

"What happened?" I ask, his hands tightening on the steering wheel.

"They have her cornered at her university," he says, my hand fisting.

"I told you Sacho. I'm not going to be the one that always ends up with her getting fucked with the Bone Thrashers. It's bound to happen if she's with anyone."

"Harry, now is not the fucking time!" he yells at me, my eyes rolling.

"Just know I'm going to be her bodyguard. I don't think you get it," I say, his foot pressing the gas to get me to jolt back. He drives fast to the university and I get out of the truck, grabbing my gun.

We walk into the university and corner the Bone Thrashers, my eyes falling on Arabella. Zayn holds her, covering her mouth with his hand. It pisses me off and I clench my jaw, watching as the men start taking everyone down. I shoot at Zayn's arm and he drops her, her body shaking, but does not completely fall.

Sacho walks towards them all and I stand away, not pushing my luck. But Sacho seems to make her upset, and I just turn to Wyatt.

"Dude, she's gonna run into your arms," he says, my hand slapping his arm.

"Fuck off Wyatt," I say, but a small body collides into me. Wyatt just smirks and I move to wrap my arms around Arabella, her arms tight around my waist.

"Harry," she cries, my hand brushing her hair back.

"It's okay. I'll take you home," I tell her, her head nodding. I manage to get her to unravel herself from me and I take her hand, leading her back to a car. Wyatt tosses keys to me and I help her in, driving us back to the house.

"They-They came out of nowhere," she cries, my eyes glancing over at her. She's curled up into a ball, knees to her chest with her hands on her cheeks. She looks horrified.

"What do you remember?" I ask, her eyes closing. I turn my attention back onto the road, listening to her cry.

"I was walking in the hall and-and out of nowhere, th-these men just surrounded us. I can't go back, no," she cries, making me upset. She doesn't deserve this shit. Arabella never did anything to get treated like shit from her father's enemies.

"I'm taking you somewhere," I say, deciding to take her away for a while. I'm going to get her out of this town for a few hours to try to get her mind off of it.

"What?" she sniffles, looking at me. I look at her and I nod, looking back at the road.

"We're gonna get away from here for a while," I say, turning onto the freeway and speeding as fast as I can. As I'm driving, I try to think of a place to take her and I get off at a familiar place. My old hometown.

"Are you hungry? Do you want to eat?" I ask, her response not coming. I glance over and see her asleep, my lips pulling into a smile.

I steer into the same motel I've spent weeks at and I park, leaving her in the car while I get a room. Once I have the key, I walk back to my car and carefully open the passenger door. I reach over and unbuckle the seatbelt, moving her into my arms.

She stays asleep and I take her into the room, my eyes watching her close. I lay her down once I pull the sheets down, removing her shoes and then pulling the sheets back over her.

"Goodnight, Bella," I smile, always wanting to call her that. It's something about how beautiful she is, or that she reminds me of the princess.

I lean down and kiss her hair, letting her sleep. My hand grabs my phone and I dial Sacho's number, his voice filling my ear in a second.

"What the fuck?!" he yells. "Where the fuck are you and what the hell are you doing with my daughter?!"

"I took her out of town to throw off the Bone Thrasher's. I'm disconnecting my phone so no one can track us. I'll bring her back in a few days," I say, his sigh heard.

"I hope you know what the fuck you're doing. One scratch on her, you're done," he says and I hang up, my hands running through my hair.

My eyes shut and I walk into the bathroom, taking off my jacket and leaving it on the counter.

"Harry," I hear Arabella, my legs moving back to the room.

"Harry, no," she says, my eyebrows furrowing. It's then I notice she's having a nightmare, so I move to sit beside her. I take her hand and move my other to her shoulder, shaking her gently.

Tears start streaming down her cheeks and worry washes over me.

"Arabella," I rush, shaking her. She shakes and I move my hand to her cheek, her eyes opening. I brush the tears away and she sits up, my hands taking her face to wipe the tears away.

"It was just a nightmare," I whisper, her breathing quick. She starts to calm down, noticing nothing is hurting her anymore.

"I-It was bad," she says, sniffling after. Nightmares suck, and I wish I could have helped her.

"It sounded bad. Do you want to talk about it?" I ask, her head shaking. I open my arms for her and allow her to come into my arms, letting her head rest on my chest. She stays safe, her eyes closing and her hands resting on my back.

"Why did my father keep you away from me?" she asks, my head resting on hers.

"Because he thought if I was your bodyguard, I would lead the Bone Thrashers directly to you. He saw today that regardless of who is your guard, the threat of the Bone Thrashers will always be there," I explain, her head lifting.

I look into her eyes and she moves her hand to my shoulder, her forehead resting on mine.

"I don't like the other guards," she tells me, my eyes watching her close.

"Why's that?" I ask, her breath felt on my lips. My heart is racing right now and I'm starting to see just how fucked I am. Feelings are developing for a girl so far out of my league, it's so dangerous.

"They're not you," she whispers, making me smile. I watch her smile and I lift my head, moving to kiss her forehead. When I do so, she curls back into my arms and I stay with her the rest of the night. There's nothing I want more than to assure that wherever we go, she's safe with me.
