2D: 2D would be a hot mess taking care of a sick loved one, bless him. As much as he'd want to help, he'd have absolutely no idea what to do other than wrapping you in blankets and giving you plenty of hot drinks. He can hardly take care of himself, so the best he can do is offer emotional support, getting you comfort food (even though it probably doesn't help your illness) and setting you up with your favorite movies.
Noodle: You have to assume that Noodle would've learned a thing or two about nursing considering her sleeper agent past, so she would have things covered bottom to top. She'd know exactly what medicine to give you for exactly what symptoms, made sure you pushed fluids, took your temperature, everything. As much as you appreciated having a live in doctor without the medical bills, having her there to talk to and keep your mind off of everything is more than enough.
Russel: Russel would likely be a massive advocate for home remedies. Before getting into the medicine cabinet, he'd brew up some of the tea his mother taught him to make, have you put on extra pairs of socks and have you eat weird combinations of foods. He'd constantly ask how you were feeling and if it was working because he himself doesn't get sick too often and is sort of using you as a test subject.
Murdoc: Murdoc would absolutely not help you through a sickness unless you meant something to him. That being said, as somebody who has absolutely no regard for his own health, his solution would be hard drugs and/or alcohol. If you refused that, well... Tough shit.
