When I Met You

Chapter 1. MIA

It was a day of summer in nikolia. The weather was so good. A teenage girl is in rush, heading towards the mountain, carrying a basket in her hands.
She is looking puzzled, running through the rocks and thinking a deep thought.
It takes her 5 minutes to reach home. It is a big and beautiful house among the mountains.
The door open into a big hall thats end into the stairs. The right side of the hall has a dining table and a kitchen. The stairs go up turning their direction. The house has 4 rooms. One belongs to mrs. Amanda. The big one.
The other two rooms was for Emeli, and for guest. Emeli is the elder daughter of mrs. Amanda. The last room is very small and old.
The girl opens the door and move towards the kitchen with the basket in her hands.
Why it takes you too long to come back? mrs Amanda was coming down the stairs asked her.
''Sorry mother''. girl replied with fear.
''This is the last time Mia''. If you come home late again , I will punish you. mrs. Amanda was really angry on Mia.

Mia controls her breath , move to the kitchen.
A beautiful puppy was coming towards Mia happily and jump in her lap.
''Spike.... how are you. sorry I left you home alone. I was in hurry so I had to go alone''. Mia take the spike with her and left the basket on the table.
''Mia ... Mia .... cant you hear me''. Emeli was coming down the stairs and on Mia.
Mia which was working in the kitchen after hearing her name run toward the stairs.
'' what happened?'' Mia asked in hurry.
''What happened..... Did you forget that I told you to wash my dress and still now it is not washed''. Emeli looked at Mia with full of anger.
''I have to go to my friend's home for the party. And this is my favourite dress. but you didn't wash it.'' Emeli was speaking continuously without letting mia explain.
'' I remember but mother told me to go to the market and make some fresh pies.'' Mia was really sorry.

''I dont know anything. you should wash my dress first. How could you do this to me.'' Emeli throw her dress on the side chair.
''Just give me 10 minutes . I will wash it now''. Mia pick the dress and move to the gate.
''I knew it. You dont want me to go there . Because you are not invited to the party . Right?'' Emely stare at Mia as she guess the right.

''No sister . I dont have any kind of intention like that. Even I was just going to wash it after making ...''.
''leave it. I dont need any explanation because I know you will tell a fake story''. Emely move to the stairs and look once at Mia.
''I will wear another dress. dont need to wash it anymore''. Emeli steped the last step without looking back at Mia.
Mia was standing near the stairs lost in her thoughts.... spike came in her feet and start pulling her as he wants to tell her something.
''what happened spike''. Mia came ti her senses.
''Oh I just forget about the pies'' Mia run towards the kitchen.
After finishing all the work mia was too tired. She wants some rest
She was also feeling hungry. She packed some sandwiches and fresh juices in her basket and called the spike.
''Spike..... Spike... Where are you. we are getting late.''
spike ran after hearing his name and jump into Mia's lap.
''lets go spike . We are already getting late''. Mia take spike with her and moved towards the door.

It was a beautiful tree with the greenery every side.A small pond has some ducklings in it. Birds wre flying and singing their sweet songs. wind the blowing with cold touch.
Every day at the same time Mia comes to this place with spike. When her father was alive she never came here alone. She was only 7 years old when her father died.
She remember those days and the happiness.
''Father... why we daily come to this place'' A 7 years old Mia asked her father.
''Because I want my daughter to fell like a princess of the world, who has no fear of anything and enjoy every moment'' . Her father looked at her with love.
''I am feeling like a princess father.. I am. yaaayyyyyyy''. little Mia stand up and start to move around that tree in joy.
A tear slips on Mia's face which take her back to the reality.
Everything was wonderfull and amazing . Mother and sister love me too.We were living a happy life but everything changed after you had gone father... why you leave me alone.. why. I really miss you father . No one cares for me. I miss you father. Mia was lost again in her thoughts.
