"You are here". Mia was very happy seeing that lady in front of her
"How are you my little princess".lady come closer and hugged mia. Mia rushed to hug her.
"I really miss you aunt Sophia. I really miss you." Mia was about to cry with happiness.
"I am here my princess... infront of you. Why are you crying." Aunt Sophia cuped her face and give a peck on her forehead.
"I am not crying... i am just happy to see you." Mia wipe her tears off. "Lets go ....". Aunt sophia take Mia with her outside the house.. "Where are we going aunt". Mia asked while holding aunt's hand and following her.
Aunt sophia was her father's first cousin. She lived very far away from them so Mia only meet her once in a year. After her real mother she was the lady that loves Mia alot. She really cares for her. And Mia knows.
"You will know soon". Aunt answered without looking at Mia.
They were going to the lake side. The place where they all come when her mom and dad were alive. She was really happy seeing her favourite place. "Aunt you still remember this place". Mia asked her aunt in joy.
"How can i forget this." Aunt Sophia gave her a beautifull smile.
As they reached the place mia was really happy to see its still the same as when she was young. She rushed to the big old tree. "Wow.... its benn a long time i haven't come here". Mia was really happy as she take a deep breath and let the fresh air feel her...
She forget to come here because of her mother. She was really busy in her step mother's order and all the work that she has to do alone.
"Mia look whats hers." Aunt Sophia pointed to a direction. When Mia noticed she yelled with joy.... "Ohhh...... aunt sophia you are the best aunt ever." She ran and hugged her tightly... There was a surprise for Mia like old days there was some delicious things to eat on the ground upon a matt... All of her favourite things.
"Happy birthday to you my dear princess." Aunt mia hugged her and give her a peck on her forehead. " ohh.... i just forget it was my birthday... and thats why you are here aunt.... how dumb i am."mia slap her hand on her forhead.
It was easy to forget when her birthday is.... no one has wished her birthday after his father's death... niether her stepmother neither her sister..... its only aunt Sophia which comes on her birthday and wished her and make her to forget all the worries...
"Forget about it and lets cut the cake". Aunt grabbed her hand and make her sit on the matt.
Mia cut the cake and eat it happily. She taste all her favourite dishes.
After.... few minutes "Thankyou aunt for being here with me". A drop fall of her cheaks. "Dont cry Mia. You are not alone. Your father and mother are always with you. They are watching you. Dont cry.. you will make them unhappy." Aunt Sophia pulled Mia into a hug.
"Oh i forget... i have something for you." Aunt pushed back her from hug and take out a small beautiful box.
"Here is your birthday present." Aunt Sophia gives the box in Mia's hand.
"What is it." She took the box and opened it.
A beautiful silver locket is inside the box. The locket was of beautifull patterns like it is the sign of something.

"Since its your 20th birthday i have to give you this as my duty." Aunt said
Mia looked up to aunt's face surprisengly. The locket was familiar to her..
"Its your mother's mia. She gave it to me when she died and told me to give this to you on your 20th birthday." Aunt emplain her after seeing her confused.
She take out the locket and put in on her neck. "Mother". A tear drop out of her eyes. She remembered her mother used to wear it. She was missing her mother more now.
"Dont cry Mia. Its her love for you." Aunt wiped her tear. And smiled Mia gave her a beautiful smile back. Mia puts her head in aunt's lap and close her eyes. She holds the locket tightly in her hand. Aunt brushed her hand in mia's hair and let her lost in the beautiful memories.
After few hours
Mia wakes up and realized she was sleeping for hours in her aunt's lap. She sat up and see her aunt is sleeping lying her head on the matt. "Thankyou god for giving me another mother." She looked at her aunt for a long while. "What are you looking at my princess" She came back to senses when her aunt taped on her shoulder.
"Ah nothing.... you are awake". She asked and aunt noded in reply.
"I think we should go back to home its getting late." Mia helps her aunt to stand up. "Yes dear we should go now."aunt said.
"Wait for me aunt after i pack the stuff back." Mia startef to pack the stuff back in the basket.
"Lets go aunt" she held her aunt's hand and headed back to the home. . . . . . . At night:
After the beautiful day she came to her room. Shd was really happy today. Aunt had gone back to her city. She goes to the washroom and wash her face. She look in mirror. Her locket was shining in light of bulb.
"Mother i know you loved me more and still watching me from over there."She hold the locket and kissed it.
"I love you too mother." She came to her bed and covered herself in blanket.
She is still smiling. She knows something is going to be good. She just have to wait for it.
"Good night Mia". And she closed her eyes.... letting her go to the dreamland where she can do anything she wants.
