" Mackenzie, get down here" , screamed my mom from down stairs.
"Coming!", I screamed back.
When I finally got downstairs she had that mad look on her face, but this time it was different. This time it looked more sad than mad almost disappointed.
" Guess who just called?",my mom asked.
"Who?", I asked as if I didn't know but as usual I did.
" The neighbors. They told me that you broke their windows again. You know your going to have to pay for this yourself".
"I can't, I don't have the money", I replied.
" Well you can't keep doing this".
"I won't", I said lying as usual.
" That's what you always say. You just can't keep going through life without a care in the world. You know what I can't do this anymore".
"What do you mean?", I said confused.
" I mean.....your going to live with your dad".
"No!!", I screamed furiously.
My parents have been divorced for two years because my dad was an alcoholic. They still talk occasionally, but he never visits. There is no way I would stay with him.
" I'm sorry but this is my only choice, you are leaving tomorrow so pack your bags".
"I hate you", I screamed as I ran upstairs and locked my room door.
I just lay on my bed and then soon fell asleep. I was exhausted after all the fighting.
