Dear Emmy,I miss you. I think about you every day. I think about the time when you broke my tea set, I thought you were awful. Oh how we were such dumb kids.

My older brother clicks off the television and looks at me. We already knew she was gone, we knew for a while.
As of today, 3 days have gone by since her disappearance. Our mom is currently on the phone with our dad, crying.
She tries her best not to breakdown but of course she will, that's her baby girl. That's our Emmet.
My older brother has been acting sort of the same way. He always looks at nothing, staring off into blankness. I haven't seen him cry, but he does.
Our family hasn't been the same since then. My dad goes up to his room every day after he gets home instead of even saying hi. It's strange, like he doesn't even notice us.
But the one I'm most worried most about, is my younger brother. He wasn't the happiest to begin with, I could tell. He says he's fine, but I know he isn't.
Zach is still staring off into nothingness. I get up to leave, "I'm gonna head down to the-"
He grabs my wrist. He whispers a faint "no" with his voice being horse. "I'm not losing you too."
