kartik's pov

New York is such a fantastic place...
Its such a gr8 idea to live here my entire life !
All thanks to my football tournament here....

Wowww ! I  love the snow here...
It looks so beautiful !

Wait...!

Who is this girl walking all alone in this cold...!!!!!???

She is in red over coat and high gumbuts on !
Her hair reaches her shoulders and she has perfect curves...

I miss my naira after seeing her !

I speeded up my car to see who was this girl...

As i overtook her, my whole body froze...
My nerves stopped working...

Here ! In front of my eyes...was the dream i saw like 1000 times a day !
Here was the girl i had been crushing since childhood !
Here was the girl who left me without any information...
Who left me finding her everywhere i could !
Who has no idea that she means the worls to me....

I cant believe my eyes !
I stayed there totally numb...
Staring at her sparkling gorgeous eyes !

"Come... sit inside ! " was all i could speak bcoz she was trembling in snow...

When she opened the door of my car and sat next to me , all i could do was just hug her...

A sob escaped my mouth !

I holded her tightly in my arms...
It felt like heaven !

She didnt spoke anything but i felt she was crying too !

We pulled apart after a while

"Why didnt you informed me ?
Do you even know how much i searched you ??? " i spoke as i rubbed my tears with the back of my hand...

"I m sorry ! Kartik *sobs* there was an emergency and if i had told you then... then it would  have became more difficult to leave you ! " she ended and rubbed her own tears...

"I missed you naira ! " i spoke and hugged her again

"I missed you too kartik ! " she spoke and hugged me tightly...

"We used to meet each and everyday ! One day we didnt met ! And we used to take whole udaipur on our heads !! " i spoke remembering those moments...

"I m sorry for all 3 years kartik..." she said guilt visible in her eyes...

"No ! Its 3 years 5 months 25 days and 6 hours " i corrected  her bcoz i had been counting it since the minute i knew she is not here

"Kartik ! You counted...?" She asked totally amazed

I nodded and started the car...

Its my best day !!!!
I found my naira back....!

"Let me drop you home" i said so that i can spend some more time with her

She agreed to it and showed me the way to her house

Naira's pov

"OMG  !! From when did my sherni started loving paintings !!!???" He said from the living room as i poured some coffee for us and went to him

He was standing facing the wall...
So...it means his back was facing me...

I stood behind him holding the mug and suddenly he  turned around...

And bcoz of the proximity i lost my balance and the mug sliped from my hand...

It directly fall on my leg and i screamed
"Oouccchhhh " i lost my balance and was about to fall when kartik holded me and picked me up !

Then he put me on the sofa and done some bandaging...

He gave me some water and continuosly apologised....

Now the pain was decreased a lot...

But he apologised again !!!!

Now i was irritated
So i shouted "kartik !! It was not your fault ! "

He was silent then...

Suddenly the main door flung open and bhai came rushing in !!!
