"oh my god baby are you ok?" steph pulled up with the twins asleep in her arms.

"yeah i just got through saving my nephew" i tell them.

i was sitting in the waiting room.

i explained everything to her that happned

"the mother should be ashame of herself!" steph says.

"the bitch is coo coo in the head!" i say as i made her laugh

"mr. carson we would like to speak with you" the doctor called.

"one sec" i said to steph then got up and walked up to him

"What a strong little nephew you have, By the way my name is Dr. Coden and im the one who operated on him.We found atleast about a quater pound of crack in him and were flushing his system out immediatly. He has developed a very bad disease called Anorexia where the body lacks lots of food and energy, and has come to me that child proably hasn't aten anything in 3 days straight and we have told cps about it and confirmed that the mom has lost her custody to th child. Were granting you full custody of the child"he explained

"are...are you serious?" i asked.

"if you cannot we will call up the family-"

"no no no that wont be necessary Dr.colden ill take him" i said

"very good he should be good 3-weeks later if my studies are correct" the doctor says.

"Thank you sir" i say

"Thank you" he nodded and walked off

"Looks like were getting a third child" i tell steph

"oh my god really?" she asked

"Yeah there letting me keep kayson, isnt that amazing?" i asked

"thats wonderful, its going to feel nice having a little boy around!, but what about his father?" she asked

"His father is in jail and aint getting out anytime soon. Plus dominique is about join him" i say

"oh my god im so happy for us babe! i hope we can take on another kid" she says.

"We WILL" i tell her then kissed her on the lips.

*3 weeks later*

"You ready to go home kiddo?" i asked kayson.

"yeeeeeeees!" he screamed with excitement.

kayson was looking very normal now. He was healthy as ever and i was so happy i get to have a little boy around.

I know kent would be so happy to hear the news.

we walked down the long hall and exited the hospital.

i put him in the back with taliyah and talena and got in the car with steph.

we headed straight home.

we had an extra guest bedroom and i was happy as ever to see him running around happy.

me and steph sat on the couch watching the kids play.

"good job mr.carson" she tells me.

i smiled and kissed her

I thank god so much for this, im glad everything iso much better.

I love this book but i really wanted a book 3 for it and just had to perfectly end it,
