Deku's pov
It was the end of the day; all of the students started to pack their bags to go home. I hear Bakugo yelling at some people. Something about explosions and death, can't say that I am not surprised. I'm just glad he isn't yelling at me. Today I dodged some bullets with him I managed to not piss him off to the point of me getting my ass beat so today was an all around good day.
I scanned the room while others started to leave some showed off their quirks to other people bragging about the or just being plain...weird with them. I wrote down some observations about how they used the quirks outside of the test and matches in class. They are so lucky just to be able to play with them like it's not big deal

"-mean while I can't even throw a softball without breaking my arm," I mutter to myself, it's a habit I have.

"What?" I look up to see Todoroki standing next to me. How long has he been there?

"How long have you been there?" My faced turns white have I been muttering this whole time?

"Well you kept muttering and people got weirded out so I came over here to tell you to stop," he explained and adjusted his jacket. I sighed. I have got to stop doing that. "A piece of advice, maybe you should mutter about people's quirk and about your arm and stuff. You might say something you don't want someone to hear."

Where is this coming from? He usually doesn't even come to class? Or shows emotion? I bet he doesn't even poop. God he is so cool. I gotta fire back I'm getting a roasted but he is acting so chill about it.

"When did you start to talk so much?" I asked sassily, I've sat behind Bakugo too long I'm starting to get his attitude too.
"Oh gosh that was rude I didn't mean it like that-sorry." I bent he head down staring at my hands. This guy could freeze me then actually roast me and repeat all day, today isn't the day to be ballsy.

"Well coming from a friend-" my head snapped up. A friend? "-I know Bakugo hates when you mutter...look at him right now he's getting fired up just with you being here. Don't give him a reason to fight you. Cause I don't want to have to jump in a freeze lord explosion murder death kings head ass off. Okay...friend?" He grinned tapped on my desk with his icy fingers leaving a sheer layer of-now cold water on my desk.

Did Todoroki just say he's my friend?
