An- I feel sorta confident making covers. It takes for ever finding photos though so.... it kinda sucks but it is fun to edit and have the final product.

.I stuffed my last textbook in my huge backpack before slinging it over one shoulder. A tan, well manicured hand slammed down on my locker, shutting it close for me.
I froze in fear before taking a gulp. When I gulp it just feels like I am swallowing my fears away.
I turned to face none other then Chelsea. Her pin straight chestnut brown hair framed her face that held an expression of pure fury.
"Um... hi?" I mumbled, fidgeting with one strap of my backpack nervously. Chelsea scoffed, giving me a vicious glare.
The glare nearly sent me leaning into the lockers for comfort, but I stood as still as I could.
"What could he possibly see in you that he couldn't see in me?" Chelsea hissed out in anger, slamming her hand down on my locker to release some pent up fury.
My eyes lingered on her hand before trailing back to her.
"Um... who?" I asked quietly, confused as to who she meant.
"Luke, you idiot! Why not me?! Why does it have to be you?!"
"I'm sorry?" I mumbled, gazing down at my beat up converse with a light blush scattering my cheeks.
"Hey! Maddie!"
I winced as I heard Luke's voice calling for me, getting louder as he neared closer to my spot. Chelsea quickly started running her hands through her already perfect hair, trying to straighten it out even further.
I shook my head slowly, my mood turning sad as I realised that Chelsea is in love with Luke.
Oh, the poor girl.
Flashbacks seemed to slap me across the face of Chelsea spitting those hurtful words out at me earlier. Suddenly my sympathy vanished and I felt slight angry.
"Just leave me alone." I said quietly, staring Chelsea dead in the eye. Her expression held shock, probably because I looked her in the eye and defended myself.
Me, the wallflower.
"Luke! Oh thank goodness you're here! She was about to hit me!" Chelsea cried out dramatically, fake panic rushing into her voice to boost the act.
I stood in shock as I watched her launch herself at Luke, smothering him in a hug. He looked extremely uncomfortable as I stood there frozen in shock.
I will admit, she can sell an act. I could feel the panic pulsing from her, making my heart start to thump in fear. I shook my head as I realised that Luke actually looked like he believed her.
"Is this true?" He asked me quietly, confusion in his eyes. He still looked rather uncomfortable but didn't pry Chelsea away from him.
"No." I whispered, staring him dead in the eye. He then gave me a nod and clasped Chelsea's wrists firmly. He pried her away from him and shaked her desperate hands off of his arms before making his way over to me.
"Here, I got your bag. We are both heading to the gym anyways."
Before I could protest he slipped my bag off of my shoulder, slinging it on his.
"How do I look? Hot, right?" He asked cockily, posing with a hand on his hip. Laughter bubbled inside of me and I erupted in laughter. Tears escaped my eyes as he strutted down the hall and back to me. He paused before doing a hair flip with his imaginary hair.
"S-stop!" I gasped out, clutching my stomach. He gave me a wink before walking to the gym, his hips swaying.
I looked behind me to see Chelsea glaring at me, her dark eyes holding so much anger and hate. You know who the anger and hate was for?
Me.
I snapped my attention back to Luke who was now waiting for me at the gym doors. I hurried over, wanting to be as far away from Chelsea as I could.
He opened the door for me, boeing slightly. I shook my head at hik eith a small smile before smacking him upside the head lightly.
"You dork. You don't need to hold the door open for me." I rolled my eyes playfully before shoving him in front of me through the doorway.
"Look at what we got here. Luke Nelson getting man handled by the hot wallflower." A voice said. I froze before snapping away from Luke as if physical contact eith him burnt me.
"Shut up, Harry." Luke grumbled. I peered at Harry underneath my lashes, my shyness kicking in.
"Who's the beauty that managed to get under Nelson's skin?" He smirked at Luke before looking at me. Harry had light green eyes with blond hair sticking up everywhere.
"Do you like Harry Potter?" He asked suddenly. I looked at him with wide eyes, slightly surprised with his question.
"Um... ya..." I trailed off and his face lit up.
"Good, because I adumbledore you."
I stood frozen and a couple of seconds went by. Then a smile graced my lips.
"That... was pretty good, Harry." I admitted, blushing lightly.
"Awe, she's blushing! Where did you get her?! Can I order her online?" Harry gushed, rushing up to me and gathering me in his arms. I yelped in shock before finally relaxing. He squeezed me tightly one more time before setting me down.
"Look at her red cheeks! Awe, I want her! Can I have her?!"
My cheeks got darker and he smiled brighter. How is that even possible?
"Dude, chill out. You're embarassing her."
I cast my gaze to the left to see a tall guy, taller than Luke and Luke is around six foot four. He stood off to the side, his tan arms crossed across his chest. He had light brown hair with warm brown eyes.
"Sorry about him. Harry is just Harry."
I waved it off with a small grin.
"So, Luke, are these your best pals?" I asked as I gestured to Harry and the brown haired guy.
"Yep." He gave a nod before gesturing to the tall brown haired guy.
"This is Ryan. Ryan meet Maddie."
"Oh, so you're Maddie!" He exclaimed before he scopped me up in a hug.
"I thought that you were just chiding Harry for this?" I chuckled, hugging him back.
"Ya, until I learned that you were Maddie."
"Oh, okay... I should probably go change now though." I gestyred over my shoulder to the girls locker room.
"Okay, we'll see you later." Luke butt in. I gave him a small smile before he handed me my bag. I took it from him and started off towards the locker room.
Before I was completely out of hearing range, I could hear them talking.
"So that's Maddie?" I heard Harry ask.
"Ya." Luke replied. My curiosity willed me to risk a tiny glance back.
My light blue eyes connected with Luke's daek blue ones. I flushed and faced forward, shutting the rest of their conversation out.
