Jessica's Mums POV
"come on sweet heart! Everything will be fine! Luke, will be fine!" I re-assured my daughter. Luke is in hospital, as he has been in a very serious crash, including Jessica's best friend, George.
"N.. no it won't! Luke and George, w... will they... they die?" she shivered, as I handed her a tissue and a clean glass of water.
"No Jessica, they will not die! Stop thinking in that direction! They will be better soon" I smiled, her face was a mess, I could not take her to the practise.
"How's about you stay here, have a hot cup of coco and watch some DVD's that we bought with us, ay?"
"No. No. I... I should c..come. Im coming!" she said, running her eyes and planting on some fresh makeup. She didn't need makeup, she was beautiful anyway.
"No Jessica. Get in your PJ's whilst I make you a hot chocolate. Then you can snuggle on the couch and watch the TV" I smiled, getting up from her bed and walking into the Kitchen.
I made her a cup of chocolate and left it on the small table near the couch, with 5 CD's(Twilight, Titanic, Jaws, Mean Girls and Dare) and a note reading;
'Sorry Jes. Will be back later, then we can watch something together? Dinner in the oven and hot choco there! Bye!x.

I quickly grabbed my bag and coat, slipped on my shoes then set of downstairs.
Jessica's POV
I slipped on some fresh pyjamas and put my hair into a messy bun. Okay, clear all thoughts Jessica, all thoughts- nope, not working.
All of a sudden I heard the door slam. I quickly ran out, my mum had gone and left me a warm mug, 5CD's and a note.
I scanned through the note then rolled my eyes. Great mum she is!
I quickly slid 'Dare' into the CD player and switched on the tv. I got my duvet from my room, and then pressed 'play'

Wake up. Don't leave me baby. How am I supposed to Live without you?!
To: Luke
Going to buy the new captain America film tomorrow! We can watch it:) x
To: Luke

I finally put my phone down and began to watch the film, yay, they were doing some naughty stuff. Thanks a lot Mom!
Then all of a sudden my phone rang... unknown number?
"Hello?" I asked, turning the TV down a notch.
"Hello, it's the hospital, it's Nurse Liane"
"Oh hi liane! Why you calling me?"
"It's regarding Luke. You may already know that he caused a serious car crash, involving a coma and serious injures. the police are here and wanting to speak to him. Im sorry to ring you I just was going to keep you updated on his actions"
"How is he? is he up, is he dead?" I panicked
"No no! He's in a coma, bruises cuts, everything basically. Would you like to know how the car crash happened?" she asked.
"Please"
"Well, Luke was driving along. Then all of a sudden his steering will turned, and he went straight into a car of Mr Shelley. Mr Shelley drove over, out of control, onto the other side of the road. Then another car went into the side of Luke. " she complained.
"How is George?"
"Doing just fine. The police would like to speak to you regarding the Luke causing deaths and injuries"
"Okay! They will have to wait a few days though! Im on holiday! "
Kieran's POV
Just great. It's meant to be my holiday, but yet again, police force want me to

"Thought you were off today?" asked A sweet voice, Laila.
"Was, then got called in to do a stupid one job" I rolled my eyes at her. she giggled then winked,
"I'm helping you today, first we have to...."
Luke's POV
I woke up to shouting and screaming.
"Hello Luke, my name is Kieran and I am head of your court. Is it okay if we ask some questions about the crash?" asked a tall, good looking man. I nodded and sat up, slowly so it didn't hurt.
"As you know Mr Shelley is very badly hurt and we just wanted to know why you went into him, were you on your phone?"
"N... no I don't think so!" I tried to remember but I just couldn't.
"Well then I am sorry Luke, but if you cannot tell us, as soon as you are aloud out of hospital, you are under arrest for causing injures with un-safe driving.
