The Day After Yesterday

(Y/N)'s POV

"(Y/N), wake up....wake up.."

"No....please, no more Levi...no more..."

"Levi's not here. He's gone."

I jumped up from my sleep and looked towards the man speaking to me. Erwin. He was wearing a simple white shirt, black pants but he had a big blue bruise around his left eye.

"Erwin? Wh–what happened?"

"After I found you knocked out by Levi, I tried to talk to him but he decided to fight me. He lost apparently and now he's being kept at the courthouse." Erwin said. I nodded slowly while lifting myself off the bed and looking straight into his bruise. Erwin's face turned red and he backed away and laughed awkwardly.

"It's nothing. He just hit me a little"

I sighed and grabbed his big hands. Erwin tensed up a little bit before turning around to me. I stand up on my tippy toes and planted my lips on his eye. Then I remembered my mother used to do that to me when I used to get a bruise. I bet he feels better now. I set myself down and walked towards the bathroom.

"I'll be over there in a few" I said, not looking at Erwin who was probably shitting his pants.

45 minutes later

"We, the people of the military are gathered here today to discuss the case of Eren Jeager"

"Ok, what do we got?" The judge asked. Erwin stepped up and faced an angry and defenseless Levi before turning his attention back on the judge.

"Just yesterday, Captain Levi was found attempting to rape cadet (L/N), but when he realizes I was at the door, he proceeded to chock her."

Levi's eyes were trained on me. I did everything in my power to not glare or look at him but I couldn't help but eye him a little bit before looking away. The judge looked at me and I stand up more straighter.

"Cadet (L/N), is that true?"

I nod and sighed deeply.

"Yes, Levi took me to his room, threw me on the ground and (in his words) was punishing me for not speaking up for myself when Erwin was talking to me" I said. The judge mumbled something before talking to Erwin again. I met with Levi's eyes again and I felt like he was telling me something but everything was blocking itself from me.

"So Cadet (L/N), do you think Levi has any involments with Eren's death?" The judge asked. I flinched at his question. Everyone's eyes were on me, I felt like running away and hiding for the rest of my life. But this could be my chance to–

"Now, why do we need to drag my beautiful (Y/N) in this?" Levi suddenly spoke. All the attention on me were placed on Levi now. The judge frowned at Levi who was smiling the whole time.

"Yours? (Y/N) isn't yours so don't ever claimed her as it!" Erwin yelled. Everyone gasped at Erwin's outbrust. Levi chuckled and pulled on the chains around his wrists.

"I was about to make love to her when you came in there and fucked it all up!"

"Love? Are you crazy? Or–"

"I meant be crazy but (Y/N) loves it"

I tried to talk back but no words came out my mouth. I was too stunned at the moment. Erwin looked at me and I looked at him with s surprised face.

"Right? (Y/N)? You would speak up for me would you? I didn't kill Eren, now did I?"

I frowned at Levi and saw this an opportunity to confessed. But Erwin spoke before I could.

"Wait! (Y/N) wouldn't know if Levi murdered Eren, so I believe Levi killed Eren! His recent violent behavior connects to Eren's murder case!" Erwin interrupted. I looked at the Judge with a tear coming down my face. He sighed and closed his eyes.

"Alright then. We find Levi Ackerman guilty of Eren Jeager's death but we have to keep him alive for more questioning" the judge said. Everyone gasped and started talking viciously. Mikasa's face grew dark and Armin shakes his head.

"Shame. I always looked up to him"

"HE killed Eren?"

"He killed humanity's last hope!" Someone yelled. Levi was taken up the stairs by two big guys but his grey eyes were stayed on me. I follow his eyes until I couldn't see it anymore but before he exits the room he screams,

"I DID ALL THIS FOR YOU, (Y/N)! I WILL FIND MY WAY BACK TO YOU! I ALWAYS DO!"

I felt myself falling back a little bit but I felt Armin grabbing my waist holding me up. I turned around to him with my heart racing and my face drained with dried tears.

"You Ok?"

I nod quickly and took a deep breath.

"Yeah... I'm fine...."
