Free Day

Kofi and I spend our days lazing around, just enjoying each other and Conor has mercifully been out of the public eye during that time. It was now Saturday, Kofi's last off day from filming and Conor and I had a flight to catch to London tomorrow evening as well. We were snuggled up on the couch after having a late breakfast courtesy of Waffle House. "Anything you wanna do today? Like actually go out or something?" I question, really loving to laze around because with this last press conference, I feel Conor's gonna go above and beyond his calling.

Kofi hums in thought, "Well-"

BANG BANG BANG!

I jump at the loud noise, Kofi getting up to see what it was.

"Oi, Ares! Get ya' ass up!" I growl my discontent as Kofi's concern turns into amusement. Fucking Conor. I knew it was too good to be true. I stomp to the door, unlocking it and swinging it open to see his usual smug grin. "Heyyy!" He brushes past me and swaggers in like it's his place. "Oh? Who's this guy eh? Another notch in the bedpost?" I close the door behind him.

I roll my eyes at the accusation and attempt to sooth Kofi's confusion, "I have no notches unlike you, asshole. This is Kofi, my boyfriend." And Conor goes silent, his face uncharacteristically serious. It was actually weird watching him examine Kofi. "Can you not do that?" And just like that he has a wide smile on his face.

"I never knew you had a boyfriend, little one!" He slings one of his arms around my neck and pulls me into an odd embrace, almost as if he was reluctant to let me go.

"Hands off!" I slap at the muscled limb and he releases me with a cackle. "What do you want?"

"Well y'know we got that thing in London yeah?" I nod, "I wanted ya' to go suit shopping with me! And since he's here, ya' boyfriend can join along too! But remember, three's a crowd." He nudges Kofi with an elbow.

"Conor!" I scold. Kofi is really taking Conor's presence well though.

"I meant you. You're the third wheel here, y'know nuttin about suits!" Wow, I actually feel offended. A little happy that he's taken a liking to Kofi so fast, but mostly offended he thought it was ok to ditch me.

"What? Please! I know what suit makes a man look suave and sexy. My opinion matters!" I huff, Kofi joining in to tease me.

"Aw, is my big baby mad?" He pinches my cheeks with a laugh and I'm slapping his hands off, giggling a little.

"Fine then, I still need to make sure everything's set for the flight and accommodations." My mental checklist is being created as I speak.

"Leave that to the manager. You're coming too." Conor clarifies.

"....after you just said I was a third wheel? Uh uh." I decline. "I don't really hang out with normal people besides the agency's other talents so, I guess I'll hang out with one of them." A new plan. Yes. Also, I may be trying to help the two men in my life get a little closer.

"Better not be a guy." Kofi jokes.

"Mm, don't know yet. Depends on who I call." I wink back, Conor blowing a raspberry through his lips.

"Booooooo~" The Irish pinhead prolongs. "Ya don't tease men like that! It's unfair!" He pouts reminiscient of a child, which is unsurprising considering he acts that way naturally.

"Yeah yeah," I brush him off, "go have fun and Conor," he raises his eyebrows in acknowledgment, "if you look stupid I'm laughing." He rolls his eyes, grabbing Kofi and leaving.

"I'll call you later ok? Love you!" Kofi gets out before he's dragged along by his new toddler friend. I laugh, extending the same sentiments to him before he's really gone. The door closes and I purse my lips in a pout.
