I was awoken by the annoying sound of my Alarm clock reminding me that I have to go to that Hellish school of mine. Hey don't blame me if I loathed my school but just to let you know that I'm a straight 'A+' student and top First of my class and yes I am what you're thinking 'The Nerdy One'. I never miss a single event or activity and campaign at school well except for all the Parties they throw where girls wear dresses and stuff like makeups because I'm not a Party girl. I'd like keeping myself in my own shell, keeping myself in the dark. I'm doing this to prevent bad things from happening, One time was enough to keep myself from getting mixed up with the Popular kids at school or if possible, from Everyone. Oh Yes! haven't introduce myself yet, I'm Taliana Summers. 17 years of age and I'm your average type of girl. Typical Brunette hair which I hate, Hazel colored eyes I inherited from my Half Spanish mother. The name of the school that I go to *please do insert a fake birthday party confetti's and Cheerful trumpets here* Brooks highschool! isn't it fun? well guess what, IT'S NOT FUN! It used to be fun and it's the nicest and most top class school here in town not until Mr. George Brooks the real owner of the school passed away and his son Mr. Patterson Brooks took over, the Good reputation tumble down all because of his son. The Badboy of Brooks Highschool, Cole Brooks. I hate him, not only because He destroyed the good image of the school but also He makes every students Life miserable. He's a playboy and play with Girl's Heart and I don't completely understand why despite the pain he caused them they kept on chasing him they are mesmerized by Him. Ever since his father ruled the school, all the slutty girls Enrolled and all the jocks and every person whom I think will completely destroy the school's image. Okay enough with my story I need to get ready to school.
"Goodmorning Dear! How's your sleep?" greeted by my Mom who's setting breakfast for me and my Father. "Just fine and Goodmorning Mom and Dad" I said as I grab my plate of toast and strawberry jam. "Just fine? not really fine? did you have a Nightmare or ----"
"Cut it now darling, You don't want to stress Talia now don't you? She has a tests today my Dear" said by my Father in a Loving way to cut my Mom about rambling things 'cause once she started it, you won't make it to school. THANK YOU DAD! YOU'RE A LIFESAVER! I shot my dad a thankful eyes and smile. I went back to my room after I finished my breakfast to brush my teeth and to grab my things and went down, Time check '7:35am' good! will make it to school early! "I need to go now! Bye Mom! Bye Dad!" I yell when I'm near the door and earn an 'Okay darling! Take care' and a 'Sweetie be careful'. My Parents Loves me to bits you know, they always make sure that I'm fine or I'm out of danger or illness. I love them to bits too, but sometimes they rub my nose off. You know they're so overprotective like I can't take care of myself, I'm a Old enough to take care of myself, shouldn't they worry about themselves because they're getting old? I walk to our house garage and grab my bicycle and went straight to school.
"Taliiiiaaaa!!!!" greeted by my only bestfriend at school, I haven't introduce her yet. Her name's Shayne Lincoln and she's my only bestfriend because Like me she's a Nerd too but unlike me though she's beautiful and she doesn't wear baggy sweater and she don't wear glasses, though she's an A+ student but not all A's but the reason why I'm the top in class is because she got B's on her Math. Still even though she's the only person at school who never judge me for who I am, though at first really I thought she's going to be an Annoying seatmate who will introduce herself and then talks about too much girly stuffs. I guessed wrong When I first met her she's weird I admit but weird like after she introduce herself in front of the whole class with all her confident self and got a sit next to me she just stared at me the whole time even after I was packing my things ready to go home. All the time all she ever do was stare at me and then finally she spoke up "Why do you keep yourself locked in your own world?" I was taken aback by her words, I don't know whether to be angry at her for being so nosy or maybe I should drown myself in her words. "I'm not, I'm just not that noticeable that's why I'm not speaking to anyone else" I said and shrugged. "You know, sometimes you have to be yourself and show others what you are capable of. When I first enter this room you're the first one I ever noticed so that means you're noticeable. I admit I notice you only because you Lack of Liveliness and Your image looks dull. You have no color in your Life. Why don't you try to have fun and let everything else slide down for a moment. Chill you know" she said and smile, and since then on she kept on talking to me. I found myself replying to her then turns to Laughter and soon We became bestfriends up until then.
"Talia, you coming? Are you okay?" Shayne I ask all I do is nod and Smile like crazy. "You're being weird again, just before you look like you ate something unpleasant and now you're smiling like a psychopath."
"Well, nothing I was just reminiscing old memories. You know let's go quick to classroom and get this day over with", I replied and hurried along the hallway of the school with Shayne.
And it all happens really quick because the Bell rang signaling it's time to go home. "Yep! I definitely love the topic in English class. But By Monday we will do something in Music, do you think we will be able to do it?" Shayne asks as she stuff her notebooks, books and pen in her bag. "Yes we will! aren't we the smartest on campus? Don't be silly", I replied and pat her back. "You're right! I'm over thinking again! Thanks Talia!" I replied with a nod and then we went home.
