When 17 year old trouble maker Alaska Waters moves schools yet again due to bad behaviour she finds it hard to settle down. Her and her mom live on their own until her mother gets with ex con Tod who physically abuses Alaska when her mom leaves for work.
In school A super hot Bad boy called Jack immediately catches Alaskas eye, but as Alaska settles in she also meets a totally gorgeous nerd called Matthew. She's torn between both boys and at the same time is trying to tell her mom about Tod beating her.
Will Alaska's mom ever believe her and which boy will Alaska choose?.. Or will she choose either?...
