It was the day. Indigo was going to find out her results.
Her nurse ,Bethany, came to see her. She looked worried, "Oh no" Indigo thought, "It can't be good news!"
.Indigos stitched head looked up.
Beth looked scared too.
Then, out of the blue, Indigo spoke,"Just spit it out to me already!" Shocked at herself she mumbled that she was sorry and put her hands over her face.
Even though Bethany was taken aback when the normally serene girl shouted she gently tapped on her hands saying to the girl, " It's okay."
Indigo pulled her hands down a little a little and she could see her nurse's emerald green eyes.
She was calm now,"Should I listen to her?" Indigo quizzed herself. Her own hands were pulled down by the frightened girl.
Her doctor, Dr Filippe, talked to her while sat on the hard-backed chair next to her. He coaxed her gently with her favourite sweet, a sour lemon sherbet. Indigo's brilliant blue eyes flickered on the blinding light, thinking what to do.
After her decision had been made they led her into a room labelled 'consulting room' They neared to her. Indigo was nervous so she started fiddling with her long curly hair.
Only a fool would think something bad wasnt going to happen.
A harrowing ring started in her ears as silence ran through the buliding. It was time to find out. It was now or never...
