Hey you gave me your number earlier today, it's Mary. I can't sleep, are you up?
I twiddled my fingers as i waited for a reply which i probably wouldn't get so i just put my
phone back down.I was scrolling through youtube on my macbook when i heard my phone ding.
from: Matt
You're still up? I'm surprised.
I was surprised too, usually i don't stay up this late but i'm reminiscing about the past.

Open your window?
I opened it cautiously and since i was on the second floor. He has his window open and stood there smiling. His shirt was off and... Damn. His face wasn't the only thing fine about him"Hey i'm up here not down there." He pointed to his abs. i looked down out of embarrassment.
i but my lip debating on whether i should call Nathan and see if i could come over, or talk to Matt. I decided to talk to Matt.
We sat by our windows talking about life and shit until it started getting light outside.
"fuck." he said looking at the sky, now much lighter than it was earlier.
(all uncapitalized things from now on are on purpose)
"i'm not going to school today.." i said
"yes the hell you are." he laughed
i checked the time.
5:45
"i'm gonna get ready for school." We decided we both should. i turned on self control by Frank Ocean and began to get ready. this time taking a morning shower since i missed last night.
after i was done i put on a towel and walked into my room to look for clothes.
Matts pov -
i started tying my shoes when i noticed her window was still open. fuck. i should probably tell her, butttttt i'm not gonna. that's terrible.
"uhhh Mary.. Your window is still open.." i called out. her face turned mad red and she closed it quickly.
i laughed to myself.
